Invalid ticket, no response from support
I bought a ticket on TicketSwap. When I got to the festival, the scanner rejected it as fake/invalid. I couldn't enter. I immediately opened a support case and sent a photo of the scanner error. I've been waiting for weeks. Every time I check, it just says "Help is on its way We are aware of this conversation and will help you as soon as we can." but no one actually shows up. It's just automated messages. I have all the proof. I'm worried that I'm going to hit the 30-day deadline where I can't claim anymore. This is getting ridiculous.

Joke of a company
Joke of a company, seller opened a case due to tickets having early entry and apprently not being able to attend (ticket swap scan and verifies this when uploaded, buyer also hasn’t bothered to give anymore communication since case was opened) been trying for 24 days now to have this revolved and been told over 6 times that it has been passed onto a team mate to look into (shock it hasn’t) I’ve left countless messages and emails to them and I am now being ignored purposely by the company, wouldn’t bother using this platform again as they’re not helpful what so ever just care about taking peoples money

Got Ripped Off and Received No Help At All.
Great if it all goes smoothly but if it doesn't good luck! Got totally conned by someone on Ticketswap (not Ticketswap's fault in fairness) but they have been about as effective as an ashtray on a motorbike when it comes to recovering the £330 I have lost.

I got scammed and no one is helping
I purchased tickets for a gig 20 days ago and when I arrived there, we couldn't enter because apparently someone already entered with the same ticket. I filed a complaint via the app and received the feedback that "i should try to resolve the issue with the seller". We didn't resolve the issue, since she says she sold two tickets (might have been twice the same ticket, but that's not her problem) so she wants money for both tickets. We have tried to involve someone of Ticketswap in the conversation for 15 days but still no one is getting involved in the conversation. I honestly think that when you pay this much fee to ensure your ticket is valid, the least would be you can get in touch with a human who can provide some feedback.

If you sell a ticket, we charge a 5% service fee. There's a minimum service fee of €1.50. And if you’re buying a ticket, there’s a 7% service fee. We also charge a 3% transaction fee for each payment any buyer makes. There's a minimum service fee of €1.50. This makes sure we can provide a safe and fair ticket marketplace and keep a great standard of support for all our fans.

I already went to plenty of concerts, scoring last minute tickets at super affordable prices via ticketswap. I also like the recommendations they give! I ended up going to Tiësto in Brussels a few weeks back, and I had no clue he was coming if I didn't see it on Ticketswap! Got a good priced ticket and had one of the most memorable nights ever! Only downside is that some concerts can be shut down on TS suddenly without warning. That's how I missed out on Bad Bunny tickets, as I (like always) was waiting until the day of the concert. Was just not aware this could happen (but I am now :)) .

Max +5% on original ticketprice
Max +5% on original ticketprice, so from €100 you go to €105 and then you pay 5% administration fee so you only get €99.75, while original tickets on website in later waves go for +€180.
Ticketswap should reconsider about maximum prices of tickets as long as event is not sold out, this is straight corruption.

In Belgium, it is not permitted to make a profit from the resale of tickets. When a ticket is sold on TicketSwap, we charge a 5% service fee. To ensure that our Belgian users do not incur a loss when reselling their tickets, we are permitted to allow a resale price increase of up to 5%, which covers our service fee. However, the percentage must correspond exactly to our fee; otherwise, the resale would not comply with Belgian regulations.
Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to change this policy, as it is determined by Belgian law rather than by TicketSwap.

Sold a ticket 2 years ago, found out that TicketSwap didn’t payed the money. I contacted support who is an AI, said my payments are right, so they will check why I didn’t got my money. Never ever got a reply, just ahother message saying sorry for not contacting me IN TIME (not egen contacted me just AI), and to start a new report. Started a new report, same AI message saying they will check whats the problem….
