A very poor experience, badly shortchanged.
I was trying to get tickets for the Mad King at Stratford upon Avon, a play.
Firstly there is no facility to list the date, exact seats, so you are buying blind unless the seller tells you the info.
This one provided a date and claimed the expensive ticket had no restrictions. This was entirely untrue. The seat was heavily restricted, you could only see. half the stage. I would never have bought it. He bumped up the price by nearly 50%. Even when I was emailed the pdf it didn’t show the seat number so I couldn’t check.
The buyer was partly to blame, but enabled by the Ticketswap platform that doesn’t require all the details to be clearly listed up front including the original price of the tickets, other platforms do this so you know what you are buying.
Ignored buyer guarantee – scam ticket not refunded
I bought a ticket for a concert (Sanah), but at the gate, it turned out to be invalid and already used by someone else. I provided complete evidence to TicketSwap support, including proof of travel. The seller (Michał) completely ignores the dispute. Despite TicketSwap’s "Buyer Guarantee", all I get are automated bot replies and SMS reminders sent to the seller for weeks. No human support agent has stepped in to issue my refund. Absolute lack of real customer support and failing to fulfill their own buyer protection policy. If this is not resolved immediately, I will initiate a chargeback with my bank and report the case to the European Consumer Centre.
Ticketswap must have the worst customer support
Ticketswap must have the worst customer service that I've ever seen. It's now more than a year that I can't buy or sell tickets from the company. I used it for a long time and there was one day that I had my transactions blocked. I've spoken multiple times with the customer support and rhe conversation usually ends with "there's nothing wrong with your account, the technical team will get in touch". This ghost team never reaches out and I continue having the same problem for more than a year now.
No problems sold on the same day

Amazing platform..
Amazing platform... Professional...★★★★★
Excellent experience with TicketSwap! The whole process was quick, easy and secure. I was able to sell both of my tickets smoothly, with clear instructions and excellent communication throughout the process.
I would definitely use TicketSwap again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy or sell tickets safely and easily.

Cheaper tickets for a sold out event
Bought some tickets for a rave that had been sold out for months. We bought our tickets one day before the event and we got them for less than if we had bought them through the website. Tickets were almost instantly available. Had no issues whatsoever. Will certainly use again!

Do not sell your tickets here!!!!
Recently put a ticket for sale for the first time using ticketswap. I sold the ticket privately and removed the ticket from the app, it had not been removed due to an unknown reason and they have completed a final sale to a customer.
I have then tried to speak to them through the ticketswap help where you can have a conversation and the customer service has been shocking. Been told that both people have a claim to the ticket and I should cancel the final sale even though I still have access to the ticket currently, then told me that I needed to send them proof of the private sale and then have completely ignored me since I sent it.
I will not be using them again due to their utter lack of care for people who have spent money, they are willing (even though I have now transferred the ticket through the private sale to my friend) to let the person who purchased travel all the way into London with no real access to the ticket in any way shape or form.

Please everyone never use this site
Please everyone never use this site. My Daughter purchased a 3 Day camping ticket for Creamfields and once payment was made a 3 day "Non-Camping" was provided. The online help basically said "Nothing we can do".
I used to really like this site…
I used to really like this site. And it works, until it doesn’t, and you need to contact customer service. You only get to an AI chat (surprise surprise), where I raised my issue and then after a couple of messages just got completely blanked. No solution? No follow up questions on the issue? No contact details? Then when I didn’t email them, no reply. So now my tickets didn’t sell because of an issue on their end, which they didn’t seem to care about.
Automated system glitch caused an inventory shortage
Automated system glitch caused an inventory shortage - TicketSwap is keeping my valid payoutI am facing a terrible experience with TicketSwap's post-sales support. Due to an automated platform glitch on the day of the event, my listing showed 10/10 tickets sold, but the system processed 6 reversals instead of 5. I provided the official ticket PDF proving I uploaded 5 valid Sunday tickets. TicketSwap admits that multiple buyers successfully used 4 of my tickets. I also paid €30.20 out of my own pocket to settle a failed rollback for an invalid ticket.Despite settling my account balance in good faith and proving my 5 original Sunday tickets were legitimate, TicketSwap has only paid me for 4 tickets. They are completely shortchanging me for my 5th valid Sunday ticket payout (€30.20), claiming the case is "finalized" without performing a manual barcode scan audit. Support agents refuse to escalate the case to a financial supervisor. I demand a senior manager review my ticket logs and credit my missing €30.20.
Good and easy
Regular notifications and easy to handle when you can select a ticket.
Sold a couple of tickets already
Sold a couple of tickets already. Always worked really well and uncomplicated.
Payout held hostage by automated system – Customer support completely ignoring me
I sold a ticket and have a pending payout of €28.50, but I am blocked by TicketSwap's automated address verification.
The automated scanner repeatedly rejects my utility bill. Furthermore, I have relocated to Germany and cannot even update my profile address due to the pending payout.
I have provided my official Long-Term Residency Card as government-issued proof, but customer service has stopped responding entirely. My emails and chat messages are being completely ignored.
The time spent dealing with this for a simple €28.50 payout is ridiculous. I need a human support agent to step in, manually review my documents, and release my funds immediately.
Customer support never replies
Customer support never replies. Their bot replies saying that they will get back to you and now it has been 48 hours and my concert is in two days.
Awful platform - safer buying off a random on Facebook at this point
I used TicketSwap for years and genuinely thought they were a trustworthy company. Unfortunately, my experiences over the last two years have completely changed my opinion.
Firstly, I was sold a fake ticket through their platform, which was incredibly disappointing. Despite that experience, I decided to give TicketSwap another chance and purchased tickets for a festival in July.
The festival was then cancelled because the artist was unable to obtain the required visa. TicketSwap clearly states on its website that sellers do not receive the money until after the event. I have also sold tickets through TicketSwap myself, so I know firsthand that the seller is not paid immediately.
Despite this, TicketSwap refused to refund me directly. Instead, I was told that I needed to provide my bank details to the seller through their chat system so that the seller could supposedly refund me personally. I was not comfortable putting my bank details into a chat with a stranger, particularly when TicketSwap themselves were holding the payment in the first place.
I raised a complaint and repeatedly contacted their support. The seller was completely unresponsive, which was hardly surprising considering they had never received the money from TicketSwap anyway. I opened support chats almost every day trying to get the issue resolved, only for them eventually to be closed by what appeared to be an automated bot without any meaningful resolution.
I have wasted just shy of £500 on festival tickets through this platform. The reason I used TicketSwap was for the added security and reassurance that, if something went wrong—such as an event being cancelled—I would be protected. However, when the festival was cancelled, TicketSwap completely washed its hands of the situation. I may as well have bought the tickets directly from a seller on Facebook for less money.
There is no useful phone number to speak to somebody, communication has been appalling, and even the email customer service has been awful.
For a company that positions itself as a safe way to buy and sell resale tickets, the lack of responsibility when something goes wrong is shocking. The security I thought I was paying for turned out to be meaningless. After years of using TicketSwap, I would now never trust them again.
Disgusting customer service and an incredibly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise people to think twice before buying through this platform.
Scam won’t let me verify my phone…

Easy to publish and fast to sell!
Best second hand ticket seller
Made over 15 transactions. Always without any problems. Payments on time, tickets are immediately sent after buy. The maximum of 20% overpay is brilliant. Cannot recommend more!
