Have used Twickets many times to buy and sell tickets

Have used Twickets many times both buying and selling. Smooth process, one of few resale platforms I trust. Bought a ticket recently and was a little suspicious of it. It’s worth mentioning I have never received anything but 100% legit tickets from here, I only wanted to be totally sure before travelling abroad for the show. The Twickets support team responded quickly and verified it for me. I always recommend Twickets as a trustworthy fan to fan resale platform :)

Terrible communication

I bought tickets on Saturday for my daughter and then within the hour the seller emailed to say he'd already sold them on Ticketmaster and that Twickets could refund me. I emailed them straight away to let them know and I've not heard anything back, I know in theory it's meant to be up to 5 days (which is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait). So at the moment I am £375 out of pocket and my daughter can't buy another ticket until we receive a refund (which I am assuming we're entitled to, as Twickets haven't got back to me yet, who knows).

I have always been happy to recommend Twickets up until now but I won't again. Communication should be key with this sort of platform but I am just in limbo until they bother to let me know what's happening.

Thank goodness for Twickets

Thank goodness for Twickets. I hate how difficult it has become to buy tickets for major tours because of dynamic pricing and industrial level scalping. Twickets bridges that with its "no more than retail" pricing policy, although I still think they should cap their fees on higher value tickets. Bought great tickets for Bruno Mars on the afternoon of his first Wembley show, and got to see him twice that weekend.

Successful quick sale

Successful quick sale. My only negative comment would be that it would be nice to amend your description once done so you can clearly see your entry in the listings. Will def use again, thank you.
