I sold a ticket for the Kanye West concert (August 7th) through Rebel Tickets, and the platform confirmed that the ticket was automatically delivered to the buyer. The buyer successfully attended the event, yet I have not received my 171 € payout.

To make matters worse, my account appears to have been locked or banned without any explanation, preventing me from logging in to check the status of my funds. I reached out to support multiple times and provided the requested information two weeks ago, but I have been completely ignored.

I need my account unlocked and my 171 € payout processed immediately, or I will be forced to escalate this further.

I was looking for Monegros tickets for myself and my colleagues, and everything went really smoothly with Rebel. It was our first time buying tickets through them, and we’ll definitely use them again if we need to.

On 19 June 2026 I sold 3 off sonar ticket ,amounts of this ticket has not transfers to my account,they said we couldn’t send and change bank details,I change my bank details according they needs,but still not send my payout,

Excellent customer service. I absolutely recommend their service! I have had an issue with the initial ticket because it had to go thorough a specific app and the team reach out with the seller and resolve the issue right away. Very happy with how everything was handled. Definitely will use Rebel tickets again!
