Sold a ticket 2 years ago, found out that TicketSwap didn’t payed the money. I contacted support who is an AI, said my payments are right, so they will check why I didn’t got my money. Never ever got a reply, just ahother message saying sorry for not contacting me IN TIME (not egen contacted me just AI), and to start a new report. Started a new report, same AI message saying they will check whats the problem….

Due to a bug in our system, your payment around that date is showing as “Pending.” In reality, it has been successfully processed, as you can confirm by checking your bank statement from that period. We have also sent you the receipt from the payment in the chat you have opened with us.
