Helpful sales person assisted me with choosing a new washing machine. Delivery guys Minde and Stuart P installed the new machine quickly and were friendly and gave me some good advice to prevent further breakdown of washing machines.

Received confirmation via txt and email. During the week I received a text to contact them on their helpline. Full confirmation given at that time. Received txt of delivery window the day before. Driver and mate (Marciej and Artemis) phoned 30 minutes before due time.They were 2 very helpful and friendly members of staff. Completed installation of machine and took old machine away.

Top service from Sonic Direct! The purchase process online was very smooth and the price lower than at the usual big chains. I was a bit worried since we've never used Sonic Direct before but honestly, next time we need a house appliance again, they will be my go to. I also really appreciated the fact that we could choose our preferred delivery date. Then the day before delivery we received a message confirming the delivery and the time slot. Maciej (Magiciej ?) and Artemijs gave me a ring an hour before coming and were perfectly on time. They were really efficient and brought the washing machine inside for me. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Works really well, shorter drying times than our old dryer, looks great in shiny black finish.
