New microwave perfect, delivery perfect. The only downside was the original product was not usable from the box and there was too much hassle when 3rd party engineers and companies had to be contacted. Once the engineer told you that the microwave was faulty from the factory, you should have sent a replacement immediately (not send your one back first and then we’ll replace it)
If there’s original microwave had been operational I would give your company 5 stars

Happy with this Microwave it looks fabulous with my new kitchen as it's only 700watt takes a bit longer to cook but it's not an issue would highly recommend good company and quick delivery well pleased

I purchased an American fridge freezer , I had done my homework & sonic direct offered the best deal .
I received a phone call the day before delivery , and again on the morning with a time slot. The two delivery guys were polite, removed all the packaging and left the fridge freezer in position, they were respectful of my property.

I’ve just had Maciej and Artemis deliver my new washing machine, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They went above and beyond to get the machine installed, especially as the kitchen cupboard made connecting the waste pipe quite difficult. They took the time to figure it out and, after a bit of tinkering, managed to get everything connected perfectly.

Both guys were really lovely, friendly and professional, and their customer service was excellent. They’re a real credit to the company. Thank you both for going the extra mile — it’s very much appreciated!
