Very painful company. You can’t speak to any customer service at all. It’s comical how bad it has been. I have sent across a formal complaint via an email address that i have no doubt I won’t hear a thing back. Take the mick with refunds, they need to be instant when it’s their fault, not whenever they feel, they need to learn.
Staff in the store was helpful with my return, friendly and attentive.

Shocking costumers service. My parcel was delivered to different address, contacted the customer service but they never back to me. They use ia bot useless chat and Wattsap. Absolutely ridiculous
**I hope I can finally get your attention here, Footasylum!**
Never in my life have I experienced so many problems with an online order!
I spent over £80 of my hard-earned money on items I had been waiting to purchase at a reduced price. My parcel was dispatched, Evri confirmed they had received it, and then suddenly it was delayed. Now, apparently, my parcel couldn't be delivered due to an address issue and is on its way back to Footasylum!
Customer service informed me that once they receive the parcel back, they will process a refund.
**I DON'T WANT A REFUND! I WANT THE ITEMS I ORDERED AND PAID FOR!**
I have confirmed my delivery address and asked for my order to be resent. Why is it so difficult to resolve such a simple issue?
Footasylum customer service, I genuinely hope someone will respond and help me resolve this.
Looking through the reviews here, I can see a worrying number of negative experiences. Your ratings appear to be getting worse, yet I notice responses to positive feedback while many unhappy customers seem to be left without answers.
**Are customers who have had a negative experience somehow less important?** Don't we deserve communication, support and an effort to resolve our problems?
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the items I purchased at the price I paid.
**Footasylum, please stop treating a refund as the automatic solution and actually listen to what your customers are asking for!**

Goods did not arrive and refund process was poor.
Zavetti Canada refund process was horrific.
Made an order and only received 3 of the 5 items. Reported this within 5minutes of getting my package, to be told there will be an investigation etc which I agreed too. To then be left with no contact until I reached out again to be told actually it’s been sent in 2 different parcels to then only receive 1 of the items. I reach out again to then be told the missing item is out of stock and will be refunded after 2 weeks but still had no official email to let me know it’s out of stock. They don’t even try to put it right with a gift card etc as a goodwill gesture. Incompetent and big lack of communication.
amazing lady at the till she sorted everything for me
