I was on live chat for nearly an hour
I was on live chat for nearly an hour, to resolve an issue regarding the need to refund, as the delivery from DPD had "gone missing", as a consequence, I will never order from you again, as I have no trust in the delivery service you use. I would like to say that when I finally was able to communicate to a person, Veishnav, he was very helpful and did resolve the issue for us.

After weeks of frustration trying to resolve a missing parcel, I finally had the pleasure of speaking with Veishnav on Footasylum’s live chat today.
What a breath of fresh air! Veishnav was polite, professional, understanding and, most importantly, actually took the time to look into my complaint rather than simply passing me on or giving me another generic response.
After countless emails, unanswered messages and unsuccessful attempts to get help, Veishnav has been the only member of customer service who has genuinely taken the time to investigate my issue and provide me with a way forward.
Although my refund is not yet resolved, I finally feel that someone has listened.
Footasylum could certainly learn a thing or two from Veishnav when it comes to customer service!
Thank you, Veishnav. You deserve five stars, even if my overall experience with Footasylum certainly doesn’t!
