Order a medium hoodie
Order a medium hoodie. Sent an XL. The packaging said medium but the item inside was XL. Returned for exchange. Never received replacement or refund, no email or communication. Now stuck with a pair of tracksuit bottoms and no matching jacket. Appalling customer service

Half of my online order was missing…
Half of my online order was missing when I collected it. Luckily I noticed the bag felt very light and empty before I left the shop.
Now trying to chase a refund which was supposed to have been processed.

Overall poor experience
Delivery poor. Made contacted via WhatsApp when couldn't locate parcel, due to being delivered to wrong address. I did get my parcel in the end, but got no follow from Footasylum.
Had to return the item using the Inpost locker, took nearly a week from me dropping it off, to conformation it had been recieved.
FA had advised I had to pay £2.50, to return the item, but also failed to refund the orginal £3.99 delivery charge, which is against UK Consumer Law. Ive contacted them about this, but been ignored! So cost me £6.49, for the pleasure of ordering and returning an item.
First time used Footasylum online and will be the last!

I have never received my trainers
I have never received my trainers, have tried talking to footasylum and Evri and not had any help. And footasylum will not offer me a refund.
