SCAM ARTISTS impossible to hold accountable

This is already the 4th time Ecoscooting delivery steal my package. They are well known in both Portugal and Spain for their scam. They falsely states they attempted delivery ALL THE TIME, as happend to me previously. This time we reached new peak, they falsified my signature when I haven't received anything. I was at home (i work feom home) and nobody reached out in any way, either via the doorbell or calling or texting, NOTHING. At some point I just received the email confirming the delivery. I'm at the 4th consecutive day of insisting and fighting with their useless fake customers support which supposedly looked into the incident and of course find no wrongdoing, insisting, brace for it, that I even sent an SMS confirming the reception of the package with a "yes" (of course no sms ever left my phone in any moment). I even went personally to every single logistic hub I found the address online here in Lisbon only to discover that 1 was fake and listed on Google maps to avoid being harassed by angey customers, anotherwas already old because thay had to flee since people started to show up there too, and finally the last Which was clearly a Trojan horse, empty warehouse with 2 accomplices idiota working there. AliExpress of course don't give a f** and still uses them as last mile delivery partner, refuse to believe me also because I'm in a position where is impossible to prove anything at their standards. Further more, Ecoscooting refused to forward me any proof of their supposed investigation via email, so I only had chance to speak via phone.

Thanks for the fast reply Ecoscooting PR, the number seems very similar to the one I called countless times only to solve nothing. Also, make peace with your scammy nature, don't pretend to to offer help here where people can expose you, while fighting any chance of refund through Paypal. I pressed charges at police station in Lisbon btw, cause it was required to push the complaint on paypal further and you offered PayPal your forged tracking bs records to fight my complaint. You'll have what you deserve sooner or later.

Inconsistent emails, lies, and missing goods.
Once again ECOSCOOT fail to deliver and lie as to the reasons. On this occasion we recieved a message to say that delivery would be delayed because of sickness. When we checked with the tracking order they gave a time and date of attempted delivery saying no one was home. On a previous occasion after 3 weeks and various "tickets" ECOSCOOT suddenly changed the status of the delivery saying it had been taken to a drop off point. After checking it was not there. These packages are going somewhere so we are contemplating reporting these incidents to the police on the basis that the goods are being stolen.
Addition:
Ecoscoot's reply sums up their processes. If they looked they would see we have been in contact throughout.

Ecoscooting is the worst delivery…
Ecoscooting is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Twice now, they have said that my package was out for delivery, but they never showed up. On day 3, they didn’t deliver at all, and on day 4, the same thing happened. To this day, I still haven’t received my expensive package.
Their customer service is also absolutely useless, making false promises that the package will be delivered the same day. Meanwhile, I have already spent 4 days staying home for nothing, waiting for a delivery that never comes.
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I honestly don’t understand how this company is still in business.

ABSOLUTE SHIT – Avoid this company if you can
My experience with Ecoscooting has been an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. The delivery service is ABSOLUTE SHIT, and the customer service is somehow even worse.
They claim that they made several delivery attempts, but this is an absolute lie. I was literally at home waiting for the package. Nobody came. Nobody called. Nobody contacted me. Not even a genuine attempt to deliver the package.
And now, after apparently “several failed delivery attempts”, the package is being returned to the origin and I’m being told to request a refund.
So let me get this straight: I paid for an item, waited for it, stayed at home specifically to receive it, the courier apparently never showed up, and now I’m the one who has to deal with the consequences?
To make matters worse, their customer service is an absolute disaster. You keep getting sent around in circles between bots and supposed agents who give completely useless, contradictory and nonsensical answers. It feels impossible to speak to an actual person capable of solving anything.
I needed this package as a present for next week. Now I have no package, no present, and no proper solution — all because of a delivery service that apparently considers marking something as “delivery failed” easier than actually delivering it.
Absolutely unacceptable. ABSOLUTE SHIT service from start to finish.
If you have any choice regarding the delivery company used for your order, choose literally anyone else.
