Ecoscooting is the worst delivery…
Ecoscooting is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Twice now, they have said that my package was out for delivery, but they never showed up. On day 3, they didn’t deliver at all, and on day 4, the same thing happened. To this day, I still haven’t received my expensive package.
Their customer service is also absolutely useless, making false promises that the package will be delivered the same day. Meanwhile, I have already spent 4 days staying home for nothing, waiting for a delivery that never comes.
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I honestly don’t understand how this company is still in business.
