The person that delivered it was…

The person that delivered it was extremely friendly and nice, but I waited for the parcel from 9 o’clock in the morning and it didn’t come till nine at night very late, but it wasn’t the girls fault. She was from another carrier service and extremely nice.

Poor job

The package was supposed to arrive on the 1st of september, delivered at my adress. It was delivered on the 7th of september at a picking point. No explination given to the costumer. I paid an extra tax for fast delivery at home.
