Horrible

Horrible. At this very moment, I'm waiting on call while the agent (again) checks with the driver. Yesterday, I spent the whole day waiting. Today too. Temu should change the company that delivers their goods. It's a lottery whether your order will reach you and if by some miracle it does, then when.

Worst delivery service I've ever encountered

Dropped the package right outside the gate of my apartment complex (a 200+ unit property), basically inviting everyone on the street to help themselves with my stuff. You call this "delivered"? Customer service is just a bot keeps asking the same question over and over again. Definitely the worst I've ever encountered.

Victor

The Driver, Victor was efficient and patient. He waited without complaints or loss of temper. I truly appreciated his kindness.

Imile have twice claimed "failed to deliver wrong address" despite it being correct.
Always late, sometimes even opened by them and things missing. If anyone here is based in NSW Australia please send an online complaint to NSW Fair trading as if they receive 10 complaints in a calendar month they have to investigate.

Woeful, just woeful. First delivery attempt "sorry, accident, couldn't deliver" second attempts delivery "centre closed" sorry but auspost isn't closed at 3pm on a Wednesday.

Try to reschedule, and provided another address, accepted see you again in 2 days, oh no sorry sir we've sent the package interstate. No idea if you'll get it now

Worst courier service I've egret unfortunately used. Carrier pigeon would be more efficient

I wouldn't give 1 star

I wouldn't give 1 star. Lazy driver didn't ring the doorbell or walk to the front door. Took a photo and threw my parcel on the porch in full view of anyone walking past. I left a container there for the parcel to be put in out of view but he couldn't be bothered walking up the 3 steps.

This company is the worst delivery…

This company is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. They cannot follow a simple instruction, and they also lie by claiming that they tried to deliver my package while I was not home. I was at home specifically waiting for the damn package. They are completely useless, and I am honestly surprised they are still in business.

Disappointing delivery service and poor communication

I would not recommend iMile based on my experience. Businesses should seriously reconsider the delivery services they use, as I was disappointed to find that a store I regularly order from had changed from Australia Post to iMile.

I wasn’t home when my parcel was attempted to be delivered, which is understandable. However, no delivery card was left, and I received no email or notification explaining that a delivery had been attempted, where I could collect the parcel, or what the next steps were.

Instead, the parcel was returned to the sender without me being aware of what had happened. I only found out after receiving a refund from the store for the order I had purchased.

The lack of communication throughout the process was extremely disappointing and made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. iMile needs to significantly improve its communication and customer service, particularly when a delivery cannot be completed.

The delivery drivers don't even open a little veranda gate, in order to place it at the door. I have seen them twice, throwing the parcel from far, over the little gate. They take a picture and are off before you can call them back. Ruff bogans, untrained and respectless!
APPALLING! NO NO NO to iMile!!!

Inexplicable reason for delays, poor customer service

My parcel is currently 6 days late and when I track shipping, it says each day that a driver has been assigned and then that they have returned the parcel to their warehouse. It has said on 3 separate days that the parcel was returned to warehouse "due to an accident". Customer service line was hopeless, simply said "it will hopefully come soon" and didn't call me back with an update as requested.

I hope they lose their contract with Temu.

I have had several problems with your…

I have had several problems with your delivery drivers. My house has an entrance that leads directly to the main front door, where packages are normally left because it is a safe and protected area.

However, your delivery drivers repeatedly leave packages wherever they want, sometimes literally throwing them in inappropriate places, simply because they cannot be bothered to walk a few extra metres and leave the package properly at the front door.

This is extremely frustrating, especially because packages can be exposed to damage or even theft. I do not consider it acceptable for a driver to mark a package as delivered without leaving it in a safe and appropriate location.

I kindly ask you to look into this issue and remind your delivery drivers of the correct delivery procedure at my address. I have no problem with packages being left at the main front door; in fact, that is the safe location where they should be left.

What does "out for delivery" mean to these muppets?

My package has been marked "out for delivery" for the last 3 days and unless they're trying to get it to my on the back of a snail, I am fairly certain it isn't going to arrive any time soon.
What does "out for delivery" actually mean if the package is, in fact, not out for delivery?
Usless. No wonder postage was free.

Lazy delivery people with no common sense

Drivers can’t even be bothered to deliver parcels in a safe Manner. Simply drop them at the top of the driveway in view, rather than make a few more steps and take them to the front door out of view of the street. Lazy and incompetent.

Bad service

Bad, bad, bad company with no service delivery. I waited weeks before they came to pickup my parcel. That after numerous phone calls and promises.
I think Shein must make use of another courier company.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience: Delivery drivers take photos of "delivery" just to steal the packages!

Do not trust iMile Courier. Their delivery workers have a dishonest and absurd modus operandi: they come to your address, take a photo as "proof of delivery," and then immediately steal the package right after or take it with them. It makes you wonder if it's the individual employees or the company itself running a resale scam.
They make online platforms look terrible, and any business using them will quickly collect awful reviews. They should lose all their official merchant contracts immediately.
Dishonesty never pays off in the long run. Stay far away from this company!
