I recieved absolute trash fake item that was so poor it was laughable. Dhgate sided with seller after I provided evidence. I have spent alot of money with dhgate but will never buy anything again. There customer service is the very worst there is. They dont care about buyer at all even when presented with proof. They are an absolute disgrace so I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company and they can ban my account I dont care. AVOID DHGATE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Used to be so good but now is full of scam seller. Who claim to be able to ship within 3-6 days but in reality take months if you get them at all and the customer service will believe the seller before the buyer. AVOID

Ordered a Black bay I got a green bag.....
it was not that bad, so off I went into town and within an hour the lock had fell off and would not go back on the bag
.Also the magnetic clips on each side off the bag do not work.
tried to get back to them and last night got a email saying
you have received the bag order now closed.....What do you do NOT HAPPY....

VERY VERY BAD experience shopping on their site.... Always disconnect to a point were access was denied... Had to change browser 3 times.... Made my shopping almost impossible. Still got to buy cause really want the item.... And that made me furious... I really would want to find the item on an other site just to not encourage them. Really hope the shipping will pay back the pain of shopping. Would like to put a minus 1 star...

Cheap rubbish

I ordered a coat that was refused on delivery by my neighbour so royal mail sent a message saying sent back to sender.
Tried my best to get it sent back out to me but the seller or dhgate would not accept the dispute so now I am £100 out of pocket with no product! Absolutely appalling! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND AVOID DHGATE

Paid $56.80, received nothing — DHGate closed the case and paid the seller anyway

I paid $56.80 for Nike Presto sneakers from seller yolovogue, order 321556846336, shipped August 20. I received nothing. No delivery scan, no handover, and tracking shows Undelivered. The seller admitted in writing that I never signed for or received the goods and the parcel is not lost, yet refused a refund unless tracking showed a return for a parcel I never had. Their advice was to phone the carrier to refuse a delivery that never happened. DHGate closed the dispute on October 31, called the evidence insufficient, and released my payment to the seller anyway. DHGate's buyer protection did not protect this order. Do not buy here expecting a refund if nothing arrives.

I ordered some bench made knives and I received cheap Browning Knives. Now dhgate will not make it right! So i will never order from them again. Do not order from them they will cheat you.

Ordered an item and seller sent an incorrect one. Opened a dispute with clear evidence and it was still found in favour to the seller. Looking after their own. Fraudulent sytem avoid at all costs!!

I placed an order with seller 'alrpodsfactory': Due to an incomplete address, the package was returned to sender.
Tracking clearly shows the package has been returned and delivered back to the seller. However, the seller refuses to resend the item or issue a refund, claiming "the order was done". DHgate support closed my dispute without resolving the Issue.
The seller currently has both the product and my money (€20.31). I am asking DHgate to step in, hold the seller accountable, and process my refund immediately!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DHgate. I placed an order on 16 September 2026, but I never received my item, despite the tracking information claiming it had been delivered.

I contacted the seller numerous times to explain the situation and request assistance. Instead of investigating the missing parcel, the seller repeatedly sent the same irrelevant, automated-looking message about possible damage to the perfume packaging.

I was promised that customer service would investigate, but nothing was resolved. My messages were ignored, my concerns were dismissed, and I was left chasing answers.

This is my experience with DHGate and "Customer´s protection" - they protect seller, not buyer ! A completely unacceptable experience – a complete joke. The seller advertised a mini PC in a specific configuration, then admitted they could not supply it as advertised and promised a refund. Despite this, they shipped a package containing a used PC with no RAM and no HDD, completely different from what I had ordered - worthless piece of junk. DHgate pressured me to accept the delivery. I was then expected to pay the return shipping costs myself to send the unsuitable item back to China. Eventually, under pressure, I had to accept only a 50% refund. The seller's conduct was unacceptable, and DHgate's handling of this dispute was deeply disappointing. A buyer should not have to pay for a seller's failure to deliver the advertised product. This experience seriously undermined my trust in both the seller and DHgate. Avoid this seller. DHgate's buyer protection proved inadequate when it mattered most.

Very disappointing experience with Dhgate. The customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers when something goes wrong. Instead of helping they make things even more frustrating. I would not recommend DHgate and I would think twice before ordering from them again. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere more reliable

I paid $20 for a mini fan that was defective, lasted less than one minute even after charging, and smelled like burning. Instead of helping me resolve the issue fairly, DHgate refunded only $1 without even asking whether I accepted the offer. They then closed my case and ignored my complaints.

What kind of buyer protection is this? The platform seems more interested in closing cases than treating customers fairly. I was left paying almost the entire price for a defective and potentially unsafe product, with no meaningful response from customer service.

Parcel not delivered but dh gate do not even answer my countless messages. Absolute disgusting service to allow a customer to lose their money due to couriers not making a delivery. I need a refund .

I gave them a try for the first time and it most definitely will be my last. I received something completely different from what I ordered and the seller absolutely will not acknowledge that what they sent me is not what they advertise. The refund process is atrocious and way too many steps asking for the same information over and over again. Luckily I only spent $18.00 bc I was skeptical about trying the site. After quite a few tries I’m just letting it go because it’s not worth the headache of fighting for a refund. Lesson learned. Never again.
