I paid $20 for a mini fan that was defective, lasted less than one minute even after charging, and smelled like burning. Instead of helping me resolve the issue fairly, DHgate refunded only $1 without even asking whether I accepted the offer. They then closed my case and ignored my complaints.

What kind of buyer protection is this? The platform seems more interested in closing cases than treating customers fairly. I was left paying almost the entire price for a defective and potentially unsafe product, with no meaningful response from customer service.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust in DHgate. Buyers deserve better than this. Think twice before spending your money here! #scam#dhgate#refund
