It was initially bit difficult to reach through the contact page , however once got through it was taken up by Mr Bree who helped solving my query

They was delivered when you said on time they are having the mirco chip done on saturday.

Would rate as zero stars if I could, I have tried on multiple emails to obtain a response to update details they hold, and they still persist send passcodes to the out of date email and phone numbers. 24/7 support is definitely not available. A contact number that is answered by a person for customer service would be a start, not to be passed around being told the same thing over and over. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO CHIP YOUR PETS as they do not respond

Am not getting a reply to my emails and just cannot contact them about an issue.

Smart trace has been brilliant at re-registering a cockatoo for me. Bree has sent me prompt emails to guide me through the process and has answered my questions immediately. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The microchips arrived very quickly, really easy to use and quick, all 7 puppies found it completely painless. Registering the chips was easy too and my scanner picked them up immediately. Excellent product and customer service.

I contacted Smartrace on line to confirm my new address for my cat's microchip.
Bree confirmed the address had been updated soon afterwards.

I was able to update my pet details online and register my pet with the help
of Bree from Smarttrace.
We sent a few emails but I am very happy all is now correct.
Thank you.

I somehow managed to mix up two chip numbers up meaning two different puppies were assigned the wrong chip number each, as soon as I realised I wrote to Bree and she very quickly reassigned the right chip numbers to the right puppy, disaster averted! thankyou so much Bree.

Well after receiving confirmation they had cancelled her registration I’m no further forward as to getting my money back trying to add a screenshot

Bree from smart trace sorted out my situation to enable my dog Evie to be rehomed to a new owner, who can actually look after her 24 seven so the dog I loved is now with someone who loves her just the same but can spend every day of the week 24/7. Thanks Bree for sorting this out. Take it easy Paul.

Very efficient with good delivery times and very helpful

Absolutely awful, wish the breeder never used this site. Took over 2 weeks for our data to be transferred over, I've read that it was meant to be free but paid £10, tried to contact asking when the transfer will be done but got ignored on social media after they had read the message and no email reply, not received the puppy pack and have emailed asking about that too and no reply. Have tried to phone but was on hold for over half an hour so hung up, absolute garbage

Simply want to update my phone number and they want £29 for the privilege. Absolutely disgusting to be trying to charge that amount just for a phone number update. Will be getting my dog rechipped with another company ASAP.
