Absolutely shocking customer service. 2 years ago cables were put down on my street. I have been trying to get broadband with them for over 2 months. When I call I get told that they have recently moved to a new system and not all the information from the old one has been transferred over as the new system doesn’t have my address on it. They told me they would phone me back once they have spoken to the operations team. The first time they said this I rang them back over a week later, they told me the same again and I waited for a call and again nothing. I rang 2 weeks ago and was told they would call me back that same day after 2pm. I am still waiting.
All I can say is I am so glad that I haven’t gone with this company for my broadband as if they treat potential customers like this, how do existing customers get things sorted?
Had Lila installed late August with their new improved router. It failed on day 2 and we were left with no Internet for three days until the replacement router arrived,and guess what,it also failed to work. Phoned Lila on 2nd September and was assured an engineer would be in touch. It's now 28th October and still no callback. Luckily had an old router given to me which worked until now so rang customer services and was on hold for over one hour only to be told the office is now closed.put a ticket in but hold no confidence in that route as I have tried this on numerous occasions. Never had such amateur service as this before.

Luke and martin’s came to my address today to fit LiLA both lads where very helpful , I have a block paving drive and they have removed the blocks and replace them and you can’t even tell that they had been lifted. my experience with LiLA has been second to none the customer service and installation was excellent !!! 100% Top Job .

I really wanted to give Lila a positive review as the broadband provided is good.
But, their support is pretty shocking unfortunately.
Since installed over 6 weeks ago I have had problems with VOIP not working so no phone.
I have called 3 times to go through all of the symptoms and each time been told that an tech person would contact me but no one has. I have also entered a support ticket 4 days explaining things but still nothing.
Not good enough Lila and you will have a reputation as bad as the rest if you let issues like this to continue.

The company representative promised that if we left our current provider lila would pay the termination fee not true.the wifi was awful in the middle room and upstairs rear bedroom signal none existant.they make promises but dont deliver them

Update 7/10/25:
Issue was resolved within 48 hours.
I gave feedback to Lila Connect to add their SLA, the time expected to wait for support, to their automated response on tickets. They have taken this into consideration.
Now I'm receiving the services I signed-up for, I'm happy.
Previous review:
Internet speeds are great, customer service is terrible.
Paid extra for a public IP address and was not assigned one.
Spent an hour and a half on hold to their support line, submitted two support tickets in hope of attention. Nobody answered me.
I'm still trying to get this issue resolved.
I've had to get in touch with their support before and had a similar experience. Be prepared to waste most of your day.

Absolute joke of a "Company" I moved from zen to lila because the speeds I'm paying for £35 a month for 1gb. Do I get 1gb? No. Is it ever close? No. My peak is 200mb. It's been 2 years of this. Now this past year the network keeps going down. Previous it went down for 3 days because "somone crashed into a power box"... Fair enough. But oh look. Today it's gone down again. No reason. But it's the same for many other people. You Fibre have been on my Case. 150mb for £20 or 1gb for £29.99 and now I'm changing to them. They offer much better packages and better prices and I'm sure they're network won't go down as often as the complete clowns that lila are. Do yourself a favor and avoid
Edit: I appreciate the reply but the networking cuts out often sometimes only for a few minutes but when with big cutouts like today it's not worth the hassle. Why pay more for a worse service? I've had to buy an Addon from my phone network provider and turn my phone into a hotspot and leave it at home so the kids can chill with Internet. Again. Goodbye

Do not use this company! My internet is terrible! My cameras don’t work on my security system, we are all using our internet data. They’ve done all the tests and it’s “perfect” their end. Can’t get a response off anyone so I’m just cancelling my direct debit and signing up elsewhere, and no they don’t be having any more money off me, I’ll close my bank account first!

I must admit I was a little sceptical at first but decided to change , I have had no problems with Lila connect , you are notified if there is an interruption in service for any reason and it’s always resolved within an hour or so ( only had one issue with service) it’s cheaper than the rest and change over was quick and efficient. I would recommend Lila connect 100% .

Poor customer service as I was promised 2 call backs to re arrange a connection date but never got one then I finally got in touch to re arrange the date the day before my connection date then the team still turned up at my address on the cancelled day to fit my Internet very poor communication will be watching closely to check customer service
