So far, pretty seamless, though I have still not had service with previous supplier (TalkTalk) terminated and haven’t got the landline phone part of my package yet (was told to wait 10 days before trying).

Recommend switching

All dealings with Lightning Fibre have been positive.
Quick responses when you phone them, so no waiting in a queue for ages. My calls were answered within minutes.
Efficient, knowledgeable and helpful staff, technical support are amazing.
Fitting was quick and clean.
The luxury of knowing the name of the person supporting you and then being able to talk to them again, sets this company above others; for example BT.
I would recommend switching to Lighting Fibre, for the efficient and personal service.

Not recommend

Very simply, after many speed tests I am not getting what I should be. I paid for the 1GB with an average of 900mbs and all I am getting is between 300 and 400mbs. I am finding contact with customer service difficult as its different people each time and they all keep contradicting themselves and getting me to do different things. As it stands right now, I wouldn't recommend them, however, if that changes and they sort out the speed then I would be glad to change my review.

Wi-Fi speeds can vary depending on your devices and their capability, as most devices cannot achieve 1Gbps over Wi-Fi. In fact, speeds of 300–400Mbps are very good for wireless connections.
