So far, pretty seamless, though I have still not had service with previous supplier (TalkTalk) terminated and haven’t got the landline phone part of my package yet (was told to wait 10 days before trying).

Fitting was quick and clean.
The luxury of knowing the name of the person supporting you and then being able to talk to them again, sets this company above others; for example BT.
I would recommend switching to Lighting Fibre, for the efficient and personal service.

Engineer was helpful, I was picky on have the slab put back down, as I wanted it perfect. Installed the router exactly where requested. Let’s hope the WiFi is stable

Very simply, after many speed tests I am not getting what I should be. I paid for the 1GB with an average of 900mbs and all I am getting is between 300 and 400mbs. I am finding contact with customer service difficult as its different people each time and they all keep contradicting themselves and getting me to do different things. As it stands right now, I wouldn't recommend them, however, if that changes and they sort out the speed then I would be glad to change my review.

The engineer turned up early to fit our new broadband ,he was polite and got on with the job until it was successfully completed . He then explained how everything worked to us and left

I’ve had broadband with lighting fibre for over a year. I’ve found that because the cables are underground I’ve never lost the signal. Also we can now get the digital landline.
