Great service
Quick installation, no loss of service or lagging. Dealt with my old provider and all the cancellations. Very friendly staff. Courtesy calls regularly to see how the service was going and if I needed any assistance. So cheap and the connection is absolutely 100% better then my previous supplier especially when it comes to working from home.

Moved to a new build home and took up the offer of a free weeks internet with Grain as they had already installed and enabled their own fibre to the property. We also have Openreach fibre to the property, so we we had plenty of options over who we could chose. Normally I would go with one of the more established providers, but decided I had nothing to lose and gave the trial a go.
Initially I was sent the wrong WiFi password, but a quick call with Jessica and everything was sorted and we were soon enjoying our free weeks trial.
So impressed by the speed and stability that I signed up for a 24 month Hyperfast 500 package. Not only have I saved a lot of money over the bigger providers but Grain do not increase your price in line with RPI or CPI each April, so the price you agree is locked in for the duration of the contract - another big plus point for me.
Time will tell just how good Grain are, but so far I have been impressed with the service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in an area that Grain cover.

I am absolutely exhausted and disappointed with Grain Connect. I have been without internet for over a day now, and the whole experience has been nothing short of stressful and frustrating. After being awake all night due to a power outage (which wasn’t their fault), I was promised an appointment between 1–5pm. Less than 45 minutes before 5, I received a call saying they wouldn’t be able to make it. No apology that truly meant anything, no urgency, and no understanding of how serious this situation is.
I pay my bills on time every single month, yet when it comes to service delivery, it feels like customers are treated as an afterthought. The internet is an essential part of daily life, especially when there’s a patient on dialysis in the household and so many basic needs depend on it.
When I spoke to Adam, instead of listening or showing any empathy, he just seemed to want to get rid of me as quickly as possible. There was no sense of care, no reassurance, and certainly no accountability.
This entire experience has shown me how little Grain Connect values its customers. No empathy, no reliability, and no proper customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. Can’t wait for my contract to end so I can go back to Talktalk

I wrote a previous review about that I moved house and requested that Grain should move my services to my new address. Grain told me that they don't have a service line on the new street.
Because of this, Grain disconnected me from the services and charged me early termination fees. Meanwhile, I just paid for the month I was moving through direct debit.
I told Grain that I didn't terminate the contract. It was their inability to service my new house. Hence, they are the one breaching the contract. They contacted me that they will resolve it. I was waiting for my refund only for grain to now start threatening me with following;

I’ve previously been a virgin media customer for many years and although it’s mostly good it’s not been consistent and the problems we encountered seemed to be too frequent. After getting to a point where they said they couldn’t improve any further I decided to go to Grain connect where I have tried before. And apart from the initial teething problems following set up the connection has been brilliant. No buffering no outages and no loss of wages due to poor connectivity.
Customer services always knowledgeable and they don’t make excuses they just tell you the issue and fix it.

Really good service, and had no problems so far. Each deal that is offered can suit anyone to what they want. All the grain call staff are always nice to talk to aswel and can help with anything. Financially this service has saved me a lot of money which can benefit other people aswel.
