Had an issue with an order that the courier did not deliver for 5 days from when it was due & this was during a heatwave so no chance the young plants would have survived. Customer Service was very understanding & sympathetic & arranged for a new set to be sent out which fortunately arrived with no issues. When the original order eventually arrived the plants were in fact dead.

Its always a pleasure ordering from Hayloft over the years. Staff are always pleasant & welcoming as well as being knowledgeable.
Orders have always been on time and if not you have forewarned the delay.

We bought 3 hard to source plants at an exceptionally discounted price.
Communication was good. It was explained that the plants would take a couple of days to pick from the greenhouse. Once the were they were despatched quickly.
The courier did mention when he picked up the package it was upside down, even though the box was clearly marked. This was found not to be a problem because the plants had been packed extremely well, without any damage occurring.
More than happy with our experience, will happily buy more from Hayloft in the future.

Plants arrived on time and in good condition.

Mojority of pla ts arrived in great condition . But 2 smaller Alstromieras , Duchesse d'Anjou, quickly began to turn brown, despite the fact I watered them straight away. Now looking none too well. I have transferred them into larger pots. They do appear to have been potbound. I dont hold out much hope for those two.But others are fine, and travelled well.

The plants I ordered arrived safely and in good condition, ready to br potted on.

I ordered 2 Lavatera Marshmallow Ice white plants, I did have to wait for delivery but this was advised. When they arrived they were well packaged. I planted and a month on they have both flowered, here starts the issue, they are 2 different flowers and not the plants I ordered. Very disappointed!!

Problem 1 many postponemments of delivery now arrived in middle of a draught when planting is difficult
Problem 2 No obvious identification of the 3 different plant varieties

Apart from problems with delivery postcode the plant arrived in excellent condition and when the delivery address was in dispute I contacted your company and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and efficient .
