Counterfeit issue resolved quickly with a full refund
I had a bad surprise when the two bicycle saddles I ordered turned out to be fake replicas from the vendor.
I immediately reported the non-compliant items to Fruugo. To their credit, their support team was extremely responsive and efficient: they processed a full refund right away.
Disappointed by the third-party seller, but very satisfied with Fruugo's quick and fair dispute resolution!

My experience
I bought a throw with stars and moon design, I thought the postage was taking too long so I mailed them, I got a near immediate response with all the info on tracking and a day later it arrived. I was dubious because I was informed it had come from china but I have to say the quality is very good. I will be buying from frugo again..I love it.

Not reliable
