Mower Rassarro 36/34. Sorry einhell - you have been asking for a review since purchasing this mower in July but because of the drought we haven’t used it until today ! Now it’s September !
Do like how easy it is to operate compared to our old corded Bosch model, so light and manoeuvrable.
Only slight negative was when removing the grass box there was a lot of grass falling out, maybe still a bit damp ? Overall very pleased .

Purchased duel bevel sliding mitre saw which i was delighted with but had to return it due to small damage to black plastic motor guard contacted Einhell and Candice arranged pick up and issued a brand new saw customer service 5 star thanks Candice

I had a broken part on a water pump. I emailed Einhell via their online form. I was responded to quickly, where I had a concversation with Ali. Very helpful and solved my issue. I received the part within a few days. 5 Stars!

Customer service contacts "listened" to me, & understood the problem. As this was covered by the product warranty, they just walked me through the process. Kind & friendly. First replacement part was itself damaged, upon opening. No problem a further order was placed, told it would take a little longer as cominf from Germany. However, new fully functional part received within a short space of time. Everyone played a part in the efficient service I received.

I lost a safety key for a lawnmower and following my enquiry with Einhell for the purchase of a replacement, I was very pleasantly surprised when they offered to send one out at no charge.
It was delivered within the week with compliments.

Their customer service was outstanding and I couldn't be more grateful.

This is a super company to deal with their products are superb easy to use lightweight strong and dependable. I lost the safety key that starts motor and I wrote to ask for advice and Customer Service services sent me another one. I’m so grateful.

Needed a spare part for garden strimmer. The response was prompt however it took about 4 weeks to get the part.

I had some issues with my hedge trimmer and it ended up out of warranty. Long story short: the very helpful Candice after exchanging emails over a few weeks issued me a brand new trimmer. W.

The aftersales team at Einhell are really helpful if you ever have a problem with your Einhell tool. We had a converter plug that broke and Einhell sent out a part after showing the issue confirming we could change it and the warranty would remain in place.

I had a minor issue with the purchase of a brushless trim router. After searching the internet for a while and not finding a solution I contacted Einhell customer support. I was surprised I got a response almost immediately and received a solution in the post the next day. I could not have asked for a better or quicker solution. Truly excellent service.

I recently purchased an 18V 4.0Ah Lithium-Ion Twin Battery and Charger Set, and upon opening the box, one rubber foot fell out, and another was missing. I replaced the loose one, but only having three feet meant the unit was wobbly and unstable on a flat surface.
I contacted Einhell, and they were immediately helpful and forthcoming and sent a replacement by first class post. Nothing but praise for the company.

After my garden strimmer broke the parts were supplied under warranty quickly and efficiently. The service staff were great and very helpful.

Bought a Einhell leaf blower from argos. With the offer that was on was a free battery so I applied via Einhell website, 2 month later still no battery so I contacted Einhell by email and within 3/4 days I had my free battery.... we'll done Einhell.

I've collected many einhell/ozito tools over the years and never had any issues at all.

My most recent purchase was bought as a refurb, grade B. As such, I was expecting a rew imperfections. The tool duly arrived and once assembled worked perfectly.
There was however, one piece missing which did not affect the overall operation of the unit.

I contacted the customer service dept who, without prompting, offered to exchange this for a brand new unit, at no extra cost. They even arranged collection of old, and delivery of new.

Service such as this is, in my opinion, very rare and very commendable.

No hesitation in recommending Einhell.

Really good service - had to make a call about ordering a spare part as I didn't know the serial number. Anyway with their help I received what I needed in a fortnight as it wasn't a stock item. I am so pleased with the help I received. Thank you

After purchasing a tree pruner and hedge trimmer multi tool I experienced an issue with the pruner Einhell customer service were emailed over the weekend on the topic to which they responded first thing on the Monday morning after a short email exchange a logistic company was dispatched for the tool collection and replacement was issues in short time. All the way through I was kept up to date with progress and the experience was nothing short of pleasant.

A plastic part broke in my cordless handheld Einhell 18v vacuum cleaner. I’d had the cleaner for over 2 years and thought I might have extended warranty but no longer had proof. Candice from their support team was amazingly helpful and shipped me a new part free of charge. Well done Einhell for excellent customer service.

I couldn't get the Einhell foam gun to create foam. I emailed customer support and Eddie handled my query politely and professionally and sent me a replacement foam gun without any problems . The replacement foam gun works perfectly so I am not only pleased with my Einhell purchase, but more importantly, feel confident about the company's after sales support. Thanks very much Eddie.

Amazing customer service. I have absolutely no complaints. I emailed customer services, as I had an issue with my lawnmower and Candice had an astronomical level of patience with me. It took a week+ of emailing back and forth (due to my lack of knowledge on parts, schedules etc) and Candice guided me through every step of the way, with absolutely no malice and a heart full of gold. An absolute rarity nowadays. I’m greatly surprised that this level of customer service exists nowadays. Top tier experience and top tier company!
