4 replacements still doesn't work!

There grinder stopped working, issue with the power switch, first time replaced it, 2nd time replaced it, 3rd time replaced it again with a different model. 4th time, they got me to send the item back, then completely ignore me, ignore all emails, basically refusing to replacement it by way if ignoring me.

ZERO customer service!!!

Absolutely zero after sales customer service. They took 1K for a Landroid Vision Cloud robotic mower and then 2 weeks later I have an issue and they have not acknowledged any of my questions. Completely ignoring me. It is faulty after using twice and their not interested. They say you get a warranty but they cannot be contacted to apply it or even ask a qu. Buy locally. I bought from their own website and zero help. Avoid.

WG583E.9 : Poor battery life

WG583E.9. This leaf blower has a very short battery life - 15 mins if I'm lucky and I have a lot of difficulty removing batteries. I have to use a hammer to force them out. Performs well but a lot of time is wasted recharging and fiddling with batteries.

Stay away they don't do proper age verification so wasted time trying to buy stuff from them.

There's no point in going further the company is an absolute joke. Their way of following the age/ID law is if you want a bladed tool the ONLY way is to use a credit card.

If you need sharp things and don't have a credit card and not doing Klarna then just don't even bother going to Worx it's just a HUGE waste of time. Now I have the old stuff to get rid of as one tool and one battery is useless long term.

Stay away don't buy here if they can't even understand retail law then how will they do right by you? Their staff repeatedly gaslit me saying they were just following the law etc etc which whilst technically true UK gov does NOT mandate age checks by has the customer got a credit card...

Stop being cheap and grow up

Dreadful Customer Service on Landroid Mower

Purchased a Worx Landroid robotic mower and after two replacements under warranty the third machine had exactly the same problems so they said they would collect it and refund the money I had paid.
They collected it on 1st September and it is now 4 weeks later and I am still waiting for the refund. They say they sent it last Friday 25th September by first class signed for post (guaranteed next working day delivery) but today is 30th September and I still have no cheque!
What company only refunds by cheque making you wait over a month?
I will never buy another Worx product

Excellent after care

We had the Worx power share strimmer for just over a year and the power kept cutting out.

Was expecting a rigmarole to get it replaced as within 2 years warranty, chap I spoke to on the phone Patrick Sanders, was super friendly and helpful and agreed to a replacement straight away.

I've never seen an after care service so efficient and trusting. (Was expecting to be accused of not looking after it).
As such, going to buy the rest of the tools I need from them!

Customer Service and Support

Had a problem with portable vacuum not charging. Customer Services proved to be difficult. Spoke to a Director who eventually, upon hearing comments he didn't like, just decided not to reply. Later I found that I had been blocked from buying a replacement on line!!
Like many other reviews, this customer concurs that Worx treats it's customers with a high level of disdain and while very willing to take your money isn't really prepared to value or support it's customers. My advice - Buy Elsewhere.

Excellent customer service from the spare parts and customer service teams

Very fast response in replacing a small component which was faulty when my lawn mower was delivered. The wing nut and bolt would not tighten to secure the handle frame in place.
Mr Brunsden identified the required parts and posted them out to me within 24 hours. They arrived the next day and I was able to use the mower.
Mr Brunsden emailed me to advise on the spare parts identification and when the parts had been sent.
The positive points were:- being kept informed about what was happening with my query, being given tracking details so I could follow the order and Evri managing the delivery effectively through their systems. Also, spoke to a very helpful and pleasant lady in customer services.

Very disappointing customer service and aftersales repair quality

Very disappointing repair service

My WORX Landroid was originally returned because it wouldn’t charge. It was returned supposedly repaired, but then a new fault, repeatedly saying it was “trapped” something it had never done before.

After being returned again, I was eventually told the mower was beyond repair.
Several months later after having to asked on more than once occasion to have the unit returned and to make matters worse, the accessories were damaged during removal while in WORX’s possession. The electrical connection fittings were broken off, leaving previously usable accessories on a replacement unit now unusable. I have photos showing the damage.

After multiple returns, I’m extremely disappointed with the repair service and after-sales support.

Ignored by management: Brand-new £180 tool heading to landfill over a missing plastic cover

I am a long-term, loyal Worx customer who has invested thousands of pounds building a portfolio of 15 to 20 of their tools plus upwards of 8 batteries. Yet, my recent interaction with their UK After-Sales Support team—and the subsequent radio silence from management—has been a masterclass in alienating a loys customer.

I contacted them to purchase a simple plastic flywheel cover (shroud) for a brand-new, immaculate WG583E leaf blower. Rather than helping keep a pristine tool out of a landfill, the After-Sales manager constructed constant barriers. He claimed they couldn't help because of "unauthorised resellers," completely ignoring photographic proof that the tool is factory-fresh, and ignoring that they have assisted me without receipts on two previous occasions using the serial number as evidence.

After sending me to a third-party spares company they knew wouldn’t have the part, they offered a ridiculous "compromise": pay £29.99 for a piece of plastic casing and wait 90 to 100 days for it to ship from China. Making a customer wait over three months—completely wiping out the autumn leaf-clearing season—is a textbook tactic to deter me from ordering the part.

It is environmentally disgraceful that Worx would rather a brand-new £180 tool sit in a landfill than pull a simple plastic shroud from their UK returns pipeline. I even escalated this to management and received complete radio silence.

Buyer beware: Worx cares about taking your money, but they do not care about customer support, product longevity, or reducing plastic waste.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Please do NOT go by Amazon for genuine reviews. We went by Amazon reviews and the reviews are not genuine. We bought the electric mower. It lasts 17 minutes and thats on both batteries. The company said it is out of warranty so will only send spare batteries - even though we contacted them within 7 days of it arriving! Two months we have been tooing and froing with customer services. Batteries sent but wrong ones. Waiting for the right ones now. If we hadn't been able to financially purchase a replacement from Stiga (who are amazing!!!!) and just relied on waiting for the new batteries, we would have a forest for a garden! Customer services useless and just try and blame you for it not being right for your garden or used appropriately??? and can't get past them to speak to senior person. Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs! Would give zero stars if I could

Terrible lawnmower just buy a petrol one

Battery life lasts about 10 minutes per charge. Have currently stopped 4 times now during cutting my back garden to put the battery’s in the fridge to cool down then charge them up again. Also has no power any bit of thick grass and it stops working and you have to start it again. Would not recommend

I have 2 landroids

I have 2 landroids, one with a boundary wire the other supposedly the bees knees, the vision series, this worked the first year but having a rest over the winter does the lawn 2 out of 3 times with constant cannot find base. So far I have contacted Work 5 times the last 3 they have ignored. So much for support. This is disappointing to say the least what is a 2 year warranty
Mean if they ignore issues, they need to be accountable to their buyers. We warned

Open Box/Returned products sold as new. Badly packaged...

They sell open box/customer returns "as new".
The products are decent, but whoever is managing their online store needs to be replaced ASAP. First of all, packaging and delivery are awful - 2 products arrived without any sort of protective packaging, and both items are obviously opened and used despite being sold as new. This is illegal and terrible service. Would purchase elswhere...

Landroid mower just doesn't work well

I've owned a landroid robot mower for 2.5 years, and in that time I've had a host of different problems:
1. mower itself failing and had to be sent back for repair
2. keeps getting stuck around low bricks and small divots of earth, digging itself into holes and not turning around efficiently
3. transformer faulty, had to be replaced
4. base plate wire cut
5. multiple boundary wire problems, despite me digging down and burying it in the soil

I've tried my best to like it, I really have, but there's not been a string of more than 2 days that I hadn't had to deal with a mower problem in the past 2 years that I've used it. Conclusion is the product just isn't good enough, it's not durable, too many technical issues arise and the self-navigation is poor - it keeps getting stuck on small things.

The only saving grace for Worx is that their customer service has been decent and I have managed to get some of these things replaced while still in warranty. I have no doubt that there will be another electronic/mechanical failure shortly once the warranty period has ended and that will be the end of my £600 purchase. Worx were also not willing to extend the warranty or offer any trade-in or refunds; clearly not confident of the long term viability of their product.

Buy a different robot mower instead.
