I would not recommend the Greenworks 80V 21-inch lawn mower based on my experience.

Its overall performance is very disappointing compared to competing brands. Despite being an 80V model, it struggles to deliver the cutting performance and reliability I expected.

One of the biggest problems is that it tends to stop working, especially when mowing grass with morning dew or after rainy days. It also struggles when dealing with thick or dense grass. A lawn mower should be able to handle these normal mowing conditions without constantly running into problems.

If you are seriously considering Greenworks, I would suggest looking at their 25-inch models instead. They may offer a better experience, although they are not commonly available at Costco or other major retailers.

Personally, the 80V 21-inch model has been one of the most disappointing lawn mowers I've used. Considering its performance and reliability issues, I would not recommend buying it.

Purchased greenworks dethatcher/ scarifier havent used yet but just wondering if anyone else has had the following problem. when purchased was a flyer attached scan & win so I scanned the QR code within 5mins of entering all my details a message comes up phone compromised press ok to clear( which I did not) my whole screen changed so froze my bank accounts disconnected from wifi took to IT had it cleared at a cost of $99 When I emailed the company was told havent had this problem several staff have scanned the QR code all ok sorry you have a problem with your phone. I have scanned a lot of QR codes with my phone & never had a problem before. This company did not want want to take responsibility for their faulty QR code so hoping their product is a lot better than their customer service

I like the Greenworks products we already had: a lawnmower, a strimmer and a hedge trimmer. I like the fact that they all use the same 24 volt battery, so I ordered a mini chainsaw and an extension pole. The saw will not fit onto the extension pole. . I notified the company via their web page, and several days late received an email request for more details and a video. I sent this on 20th October. One week later I have had no response.

This company is not to be trusted. 900 dollars down the tubes, their customer service is absolutely horrible everything will be thru email but you will just get a passive ai response. If you order and it’s broken just go straight to the bank and dispute it you will not get a resolution. They are not based in the us at all and you can tell. This company is pure garbage look elsewhere I implore you.

Purchased a C20 Remote Mower. The product is locked down behind a horribly written app. Transfer routes cannot be completed. Besides the basics in the manual, there is nothing to indicate what the problem happens to be. Instead of firing off an error with an explanation, the error just says the obvious. The maps disappear from the app as well. The sky above is clear yet I cannot obtain RTK scores (tried in the rain, sunshine, overcast, etc). Literally no mowing complete. Garbage product, would not purchase from Greenworks again. Customer service is worthless.

Battery suddenly won't charge and impact driver is only month old but lost receipt so I basically got a $90 paper weight now

I have been attempting to obtain the correct battery for a battery powered chain saw. Each contact asks for the same details again and again, advises me to purchase an incorrect battery or fails to follow up when information they have requested has been provided. The customer service is appalling and considering how much money has been spent attempting to rectify this issue, unacceptable.

I bought a CRT306 Greenworks riding mower and am very sorry I did. Their customer service is horrible. I used it twice and it will not run anymore. This was an expensive unit. I have been in contact with them and was told they do not take returns and I have to take it to the service facility 20 miles away that they deal with but I have to find a way to get it there. So, now I stuck with a useless riding mower that won't move and I have no way to get it the facility. Never buy anything large from them. I bought on 9/13 and it's been sitting in my garage, so it worked for less than a month.

I bought a power washer last year and was having issues with it shutting off but wasn't tripping the breaker. I didn't waste time with an email and called the company directly. After a brief hold I got customer service who analyzed my situation and decide to send me a new wand as a possible fix (air lock). I literally got it two days later. It didn't fix the issue so I called back. This time they sent me a new power washer which I got 4 days later. I cant speak of durability yet but I can vouch for their customer support. I was impressed.

bought two batteries, which both stopped working immediately after the warranty expired, shoddy customer service avoid this company

I ordered a replacement spool for my Greenworks Strimmer and, after some delay, I received a mower blade. On 22 September I emailed them to say I had just received the wrong delivery. Since then I have heard nothing. No apology. No attempt to send the correct item. From my experience I conclude that the company is totally unreliable.

Weedeater is a toy. Cheap junk. Feeder wheel you can not replace. Throw the whole thing out when it goes. Then they sell you a weedeater wth no battery or charger. Useless. You can find a battery, but you can't find a charger. This company is a joke. Junk,junk, trash.

This mover must have a short in it. Right out of the box I charged the mover and it would not start, after looking on the left side where the wires are. I adjusted the wires, and the mower finally turned on. However the self propelled feature is not working. Smh.

Greenworks would not stand behind the condition of the product when shipped. Very condescending.

Zero stars. I just placed an order for an 80v Leaf blower combo, and then the next day I revisited the site and was shown an advertisement for the same item for much cheaper. I contacted customer service, and they said they cannot make any changes to the order to match their own price and that I would have to place a new order and return the previous order. Now I click the Redeem Now button on the offer on their website, and the price is not the same as I was shown. This violates truth-in-advertising laws, and I will press charges for this dishonest practice.

I have bought basically the full line of the 40 V Green Works lawn and garden equipment. I am so impressed with all and they suit my needs to a T. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for ease of use lawn and garden equipment very happy with my purchase. Bought all these through Amazon I give Green works a A+ for quality. Also I have purchased a green Works pressure washer also and very happy with that. Tried to enter this into the gift card option, but did not see it when I was registered my leaf blower definitely could use the gift card to buy other green work products thank you.

If I could do a ZERO star I would, you can not get anyone to respond from Greenworks ever!!!!!

My hedgetrimmer got jammed. I contacted the company. They asked for photos etc which I sent. They then asked for more and a video. I sent the extra photos but was unable to send the video via their email so I asked for an alternative way to send it.
They have now stopped replying to my emails.
Utter disgrace. My advice is DO NOT buy anything from this company. Another example of a Chinese company that takes your money and then offers no helpful support when you need it.
AVOID!!!!

Worst customer service. Bought a zero turn mower and the battery and charger are dead. They give you a case number and zero communication. I would never buy a greenworks product again

power output nothing like old petrol 19 hp 42 inch deck I had before. They Claim it is equivalent to 25 horsepower petrol mower but it doesn't climb hills, motor cuts out when climbing steep hills and stalls easy through grass as the blades cut out if it the grass is too high.
