The products are fantastic for me. I have a sliding compound saw and a circular saw both are exceptional. I also bought some multi material blades. They cut effortlessly.
The customer service representatives are engaging and extremely helpful.

The folding stand for the mitre saw is well constructed and works brilliantly. The buying experience was great but the quality of the instructions supplied is absolutely abysmal. They make IKEA instructions seem like works of art from Michelangelo! Just label the parts properly and print clear pictures instead of the small blurred ones!

Terrible experience.I have never had a worse experience with a company than this one.Accidentally had the wrong address populate, emailed them to fix it then called them.It went to the wrong address so I alerted them.They told me they will refund the money.I said if possible add in a compactor plate protector and that would be great. They said out of stock so I said just send it and maybe we could review when the part is available again.They didn’t do anything and wouldn’t answer my emails back.Finally they answered back to tell me they refunded me.(They did not) I ended up driving to location to pick up my self.Used my time, my fuel, lost work time and rented a tool for approximately $450 to me plus the price of the machine….unacceptable.

Got this to sort out a few jobs i had been putting off, what can i say the toll did every thing i wanted and cut the time in half too. Battery lift was great and the tool cut through wood accurately and quickly.

Recently upgraded by table saw to the R255TBL. Well I just love it. It is everything the website say it is. Initially I didn’t buy the moving frame hoping to save the monies, but I soon realised that I am too old to lug it around too much as it is on the heavy side. So I have just bought the wheeled frame and well it has made life that much easier and is a great extra. In summary it had been a great buy and I have no criticism at all about it. If pushed I would suggest a slide extension to the right would help when u have wide boards to rip.

Purchased a carburettor for my evolution compactor as I haven’t used the machine for a few years. Medium difficulty swap out. It fired on first pull!
It’s not worth messing with old carburettors as you can buy these reasonably cheap!

I purchased a circular saw through Amazon and they sent an incorrect one so i arranged a refund and contacted them via their website and they got back to me the next day. I asked about the initial order and they told me that the item was out of stock and the one they had to re-purchase was significantly more expensive than the one I paid for. They explained why and told me that they would honour the original purchase and adjusted the price and let me buy them again. The process was smooth and swift. Hats off to them to go above and beyond for their customers. The circular saw is great so far and I would consider buying their products again.

The table saw was delivered on time and it was well packed.

I bought a circular saw with cutting guides, but it didn't come with the clamps for attaching it, and without them I can't use the cutting guides. To get the clamps I have to buy a new guide/clamp kit separately (which I already have)... At the very least, that's strange...

Ho comprato una sega circolare con guide di taglio, ma non erano incluse le morse per fissarle e senza di esse non posso usare le guide. Per ottenere le morse devo comprare un nuovo kit di guide/morsetti a parte (che ho già)... A dir poco, è strano...

STOP using DX Delivery as your courier service. Given a 10 hour delivery slot which is bad enough but package never arrived and no updated info on DX's so called tracking service. Can't give a review on the table saw as I NEVER RECEIVED IT !!

Easy to find the right accessories for my mitre saw and good prices.

I've not had a chance to use my mitre saw but the service was good and quick delivery, I got an email for 5% off voucher from Simon so used that and purchased a jigsaw and a multi tool. I've emailed Simon and he got back to me straight away with an answer to my question.

My first table saw, and the experience has been superb. I bought the wheeled stand which makes it much easier to move and store. It was easy to set up and there are excellent YouTube videos to assist if required. The cuts I've made are accurate and clean. I'd recommend this saw to anyone.

Had the parts that are required were sent saint very quickly at a very competitive price would definitely use them again.

I have owned a Rage 3S chop saw for about 8 years. Only now does the blade need replacing! My only criticism is the difficulty of undoing the blade lock nut. It takes a 35mm pin spanner to unlock it.
