Recently purchased a set of Bunker boxes that are brilliant !
I had a small issue with one piece and contacted the help desk. They rectified the problem within 24 hours, absolutely first class service.

Knowing from experience that abrasive and wire wheels are dangerously a case of "you get what you pay for", I simply decided to go with a brand, DRAPER TOOLS, that I trust. Purchased a crimped wire wheel from them to clean up two old tatty cast iron park bench (painted)ends. Two hours of gnarly angle grinder+ wire wheel later, I had minimal shed or wear/distortion of the wheel and lots of life left in it too! Awesome quality. Top value for money. A truly refreshing reminder of what quality means. Well done.

I recently had to contact Draper Tools regarding a broken handle on a steam mop I’ve had for three years already. I needed to know whether they could supply me with a new handle instead of me having to buy a whole new unit. A wonderful lady responded called Claire, and she asked me when I purchased it to see if she could send one out for free, if it was in warranty. It wasn’t.
When I replied that I ordered it in 2023, she decided she’d send me a new handle for free anyway. It actually made my day because I’ve been having such an awful time with so many other people/things, problems in general in my life recently that this kindness meant a great deal to me.
It’s not often you get superb customer service like this but, when an item is out of warranty too, it feels marvellous!
Thank you so much to all those people at Draper Tools for this; I can’t recommend you highly enough.

The staff where as helpful as possible , even though it was 15+ years since I bought the welding helmet. Plus the fact that they gave advice, a big difference to most of the world which ducks and dives to avoid the possibility of liability claims.

Amazing customer service.

I had a query regarding a charger for a wrench power tool as I couldn't find a compatible one.
I received a speedy reply and was informed that the charger for my model tool had been discontinued, but they would send me a different one to see if it would work, which it thankfully did.

Ordered a screwdriver set through thei eBay site and the case arrived cracked. Sent an email and company rep Claire could not have been more helpful. A replacement was sent and I was told that the damaged set did not need to be returned. So my tool bag has become fuller and I still have a cased set. Wonderful customer service. Well done & thank you Claire - a great asset to Draper Tools. Will definitely use again.

Bought a Draper tool from Amazon, it had a fault. Draper were quick to send a replacement with an easy and helpful process. Thank you.

I got in touch with Draper because one of the heads of a twin head tele paving brushset had worn down very quickly. The product was out of warranty. Draper offered to replace the offending brush but as the replacement brushes were out of stock for four months they sent me a full brushset replacement.
I though that was incredibly good of Draper and I will certainly continue to buy their products in future.
Their customer service is exemplary.

Dealt with Gina (Rodbourne) who went above and beyond in her assistance with my enquiry and sourcing the parts I needed. A positive result and commendable attitude which reflects well on the company as well as herself.
