I bought the Cabin Max Narvik 2.0 (20L, 40×20×25). The internal space is very limited because of the trolley system, and it’s not a backpack as expected. Quite disappointing.
Also, once you return it, they don’t refund the shipping costs — not great for a reputable brand that should care more about customer satisfaction.

Absolutely delighted with this purchase. The quality of the bag is immediately obvious and I particularly like that it is made from recycled plastic bottles. The bag holds everything I need to take and I love, love, love the colour.

The bag looks to be very well built, clearly thought through in the design and also provides exceptional storage capacity for its size. Service has been prompt and arrived quickly, even over a bank holiday. I have no reason to suspect that the bag will not last a long time and serve me very well!

Product is brilliant, quality material, plenty of pockets to store smaller items and two good sized compartments for larger items.

I purchased a cabin sized suitcase. I did have a problem with the lock. This was very quick sorted by Cabinmax customer service care and a new case was dispatched to me. I also bought a backpack which is wonderful. It contains some very safe compartments.

I previously had a cabin max bag which lasted for ever. The zips have broken on the first use. Clearly not the same standard I have been used to. Very disappointed.

I did think, however, that velcro on flap to cover wheels, when using the bag as a rucksack, should have been sewn on the blue fabric side. Its a stretch to fold over and secure with velcro as its sewn now. But I ll fix it !
