Booking the holiday itself was very easy and straightforward. The flights, transfers, staff and holiday were all very good.
The app in my experience is quite temperamental, having changed our in flight meals and paying to do so it did not update our choices, there were several times when I was kicked out of the app which was quite frustrating.
