More Than Just a Cigar Shop!
I have used C.Gars numerous times and have consistently been impressed by the overall experience.
The range is excellent and, despite regularly comparing prices elsewhere, I have yet to find anyone who consistently beats them on value. Just as importantly, the service has always been friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
One thing I particularly appreciate is that C.Gars offers far more than simply an online shop. Their website contains a wealth of free articles, guides and resources about cigars, their history and cigar culture generally. For anyone wanting to learn more about the subject, that side of the business is every bit as valuable as the products themselves and makes browsing the site genuinely enjoyable.
Packaging has also always been excellent. Orders arrive carefully protected, with cigars sealed in humidity controlled bags with Boveda packs, so they arrive in good condition and can continue to be stored properly even if you do not immediately have access to a humidor. It is a small detail, but one that demonstrates that they understand the products they sell and care about how they reach the customer.
I also enjoy the opportunity to review different products and discover brands that I might otherwise have overlooked. There is a real sense that C.Gars is not simply selling cigars, but supporting and encouraging the wider culture and enjoyment surrounding them.
Excellent range, competitive pricing, reliable packaging and consistently good customer service. Very easy to recommend and thoroughly deserving of five stars.

A box of Cuban cigars that I just missed out on came back into stock less than a week later. This time when it said 'hurry, last one in stock ' I didn't think twice, I hurried. Also took advantage of a sizeable discount on some Montecristo No.4's. Needless to say everything arrived quickly and safely. Good things come to those who wait.
