I brought a bottle of water in your Bluewater branch.
I was greeted & served with a big smile by a lovely young man called Sergio.
We chatted as I was paying & said my friend & I were out for the day as it was my birthday.
Sergio asked if he could give me a little treat. I didn't know what to expect....
He made me this amazing cold coffee drink.
I can't remember the name but it was layered...red on the bottom then coffee and then green all poured over ice.
Oh my it was delicious.
But most of all, I can't thank Sergio enough for his kindness.
He is polite, very friendly, professional, thoughtful, articulate, very well presented and a credit to your company!
There's not many people around in this world like Sergio.....he really put a smile on my face. This is something money cannot buy.
He really deserves recognition for all of his efforts and his awesome customer service.
Please pass on my praise to Sergio, he really does deserve to be recognised for his hard work and how well he treats your customers.

I brought a tennis bracelet as it said does not tarnish and lifetime guarantee.
It has tarnished after a few days.
The bracelet is much thinner than shown in photos. Would not pay £73 for it. The £37 I paid is expensive for the bracelet that arrived. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Very disappointed

Fabulous fragrances! My go to signature perfumes are Chanel chance and Chance Tendre. I brought the equivalents from Blossom Perfumery. They are a fraction of the cost and last so much longer. I also brought Baccarat Rouge, love it!
Honestly I've never had so many compliments about smelling nice since I've been using Blossom perfumes.
Not received compliments wearing the originals!
Great prices especially if you buy the bundles 3 x 100ml for £49.95 and 3 x 50ml for £39.95.
If you love your perfumes, you really can't go wrong.
They're the best 'Inspired by' fragrances on the market by far.

I had a mystery box of 5 clam shells and 5 Teddy pots plus some extra Teddy pots in this order.
I was pleasantly surprised as several of the fragrances I would not usually choose, but I actually loved them!
With such an array of choice there are fragrances to suit everyone's taste and mood!
The fragrances are strong but not over powering, they just fill the room with a beautiful aroma that is long lasting.
Packaged beautifully & fast delivery. They look far more expensive than they are!

Changed my internet to 4th utility.
The first 2 advisors didn't make me feel confident in the process.
Today I rang and spoke to Bernie. She was amazing!
She confirmed my order had not been processed or finalised.
Instead of me being on hold she called me back once she had sorted everything out and finalised my order.
She booked the engineer visit & confirmed all the details I needed.
She even gave me her direct email if I needed any further assistance.
Bernie explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions.
Cannot thank Bernie enough!

I brought the pk of 10 lipstick or lip iron as they refer to it!
Out of the 10 colours theres one that I would use. The tube colours look completely different to the actual lipstick shade!
They are mainly really dark and 2 that are so bright.
Once its on it feels very dry as if you've blotted it and still got some tissue stuck on your lips!
It does not last long, it comes off on cups/glasses etc if you have a drink and smudges easily!
Definitely would not recommend
Don't waste your money.
Id give minus stars if possible.

I brought the 'discovery set' of 6 women's fragrances for £20 plus £2.49 p&p!
I knew they were going to be smallish bottles by the advert.
Oh my have they exaggerated!!
They've just arrived in a box 2"x 2"square by half an inch deep .
There are 6 'bottles' in this little box.
The 'bottles' are one cm tall (then a lid of 1cm) but the actual perfume bottle is only 1cm at most and about a cm circumference.
No black velvet pouch either with my order as shown - you need something to keep them in as they're so small!
To add insult to injury they all smell roughly the same....and I wish I could say it was a nice fragrance.
They smell cheap and powdery.
One roll on my arm to sample them used quite a lot of the perfume so they obviously dont last long either.
Honestly if you could see how small they are. I am gobsmacked.
The whole box looks like a little tacky thing you'd see in a £1 shop.
I dont even know what to compare them to as they're so tiny....its ridiculous!
Don't be fooled & buy these as I did.
Definitely would not recommend.
£22.49 of my money wasted!
Lesson learnt for me....an expensive lesson.
After reading other reviews 'by a maturer lady' it appears they think its mainly 'younger' people writing negative reviews these perfumes.
Im almost 60. So no youngster.....just leaving an honest review!

Just received another order from Teddy Eva Scents.
Honestly, it felt like Christmas morning!
Not only was there the mystery box and the Teddy pots I'd ordered there was a free room spray and a free candle.
Just can't get enough of these wax melts.....Looking forward to trying the room fragrance and the candle!
As soon as I opened the box you could smell all of the gorgeous fragrances oozing out from the it.
And inside each order there's a hand written Thank you card which is such a lovely touch.

I had to pay from 07:00hrs on 28.2.26 until 10:00hrs on 1.3.26
I wasn't arriving to the arena until 18.00hrs on Saturday 28th Feb 2026,
I only needed 5hrs parking.
Yet I had to pay the full £27+.
I guess you pay for the convenience and it being the 'O2'.
Think its a bit naughty and expensive tbh.

Glow up powder is amazing. Really made my hair grow - it was breaking started to thin (I had really thick hair) and not growing.
After using it for 2 months (just in my first morning coffee) I've really notice a difference.
Its healthier, thicker and getting longer.
Even had compliments and asked what I'm using on my hair. My hairdresser recommended it as she'd suffered the same issues. Nails much stronger and longer too. Definitely recommend and worth the price. Before this i was desperate and fell for a lot of ads online only to be disappointed and a waste of money.
This actually works and is worth the money. Its not cheap but oh boy its worth it If you are at your wits end like I was, then this is the product for you.
After a month you will notice a difference- a pk lasts me a month.
I also take their vitamins- great quality products and a good price.
** update.....Still using Glow Up to this day 1.3.26. Too good to not! My hair is much longer and thicker, breakage stopped. So pleased with results.
Something that actually and really works

I dont like leaving reviews that aren't 5*.
But, had to with doughgirl as was so disappointed with them.
Pros;
• Each slice of pie is huge
• Packaged beautifully
Cons;
• Made to order? Almost out of date when arrived.
• No name on each piece so you don't know what it is unless you compare with pictures on your order (hardly any flavour so unable to tell that way!)
• Tried the lemon & caffe slices first
The lemon was nicer as the tartness of the lemon was needed to take away the over powering sweetness.
The caffe slice didn't taste of anything!
• The dough crust was thick, hard and tasted like raw cookie dough on every slice & very greasy
• The fillings weren't soft as they looked on website. Very misleading!
• All 6 fillings were hard, dry and dense.
• The whole 6 slices tasted stale.
• The cream decoration had a strange consistency. It was so dry it just crumbled as you put a fork in it, and had no flavour.
• Unfortunately after sampling the remaining 4 slices found they were all the same;
• Very Dry fillings.
• Thick raw hard tasteless dough crust.
• Didn't taste of anything
• Far too sweet and not in a good way.
• Unable to eat more than 2 bites as far too sickly (and I've got a very sweet tooth)
Was really looking forward to these arriving.
They looked delicious on website.
Unfortunately, they are the total opposite!
After sampling each slice we threw them away.
Yes they were that bad.
To be honest, they were awful.
Im glad I ordered these at the offer price of £20.
Very disappointed.

I emailed asking if 10 could be boxed?
Ross replied instantly telling me Seren would do it for me no problem.

Omg within 5 minutes of lighting my first melt my whole room was filled with the beautiful fragrance of Hawaiian honey blossom which was a free teddypot that was sent - thank you (one i will definitely be ordering in future!)
All of the melts I ordered smell gorgeous- ranging from perfume to fruit.
These are literally by far the most superior wax melts I've ever brought, and believe me I've tried almost every brand going over the years!
As they melt the fragrance spreads through the whole house....and lasts.
The fragrances are strong, not in an over powering way but in a 'my home smells gorgeous' way.
Will never buy from anywhere else now.
