Was given a free coffee ...before the grand opening..... coffee with Picasso and honestly I have to say.....considering I'm not a coffee drinker.....I shall definitely be calling in for another .....it was fabulous

The student discount codes never actually work and the staff seem totally indifferent, if overworked. They seem to have mostly tried to replace staff with digital menu boards, which doesn't work. Matcha is bland and milky.

The shop in Ayr is a nice place. But the tables and the trays were disgustingly dirty! The floor around the tables as well.
The three ladies in service absolutely impolite! Visit on Sunday 30th August, at 13:30 approximately.
The company’s managers have a lot of work to do in order to make it a good Cafe.

Send over 10 messaged on various platforms about a serious complaint about one of your shops, being ignored now taking legal action, as well as boycotting your shops and I spend a lot on coffee at your outlets. Not happy

Hi I’ve been multiple times at the black sheep in Luton and pick up my coffee at departure. The coffee there is generally good but the customer service is shocking it seams as they don’t care about you or the coffee they want the money.

The issue is they make the coffee 10 minutes before they call you to collect. The food and drink comes in bits and pieces as if they can’t put the same order together somehow.

They need to show a bit of respect for the food and drinks we pay for.

There is no way I would suggest anyone to go and get anything from there.

Issued gift card which didn’t work, despite follow ups for the last 3 weeks there has been response.

Further to BSC’s reply, I had already contacted them through their website, with no reply.

Fantastic service from the Golden Square team in Warrington. The manager supported me through an issue with the self serve till and quickly realised I was a staff member from another shop in the mall on lunch and ensured I didn’t have to wait a second longer. Thank you to all the team.

I set up a subscription, but this does not show in my account, so
I cannot cancel it. However, I still receive the coffee beans and am charged for them. I emailed last month to cancel, no response. I completed the contact form, three days ago no response. I did a follow up to the contact form yesterday, no response. The coffee is great, I just have too much of it. The customer services is absent.

Unbelievably fast service - less than 24 hours from order to possession of the nicest coffee I have tasted, and packaged in a cool box. Will continue to order
