18gauge nailer has been a little god send, saves me a load of time repairing a fence, just went through the nails too fast. Good bit of kit.

Sam came and did the job with out any fuss or bother. Ever since they put the new boiler in place, they have always been a professional outfit.

Got what I needed for a tumble drier vent easy enough to sort out.

I will need to come back for a shower vent system.

I have bought what I thought was a tile backing board turns out to be a 6mm insulation board. Ok no worries I can still use it insulate some parts of the shower room, wrong, I have never come across stuff more brittle than this, it snaps at the slightest pressure, what a complete waste of money and time.
Wont come back here again.

The tools I have bought so far have been very good and they have also helped in my DIY project. Only things so far I don't like is the torque of the circular saw, it's a bit low, cutting boards have to be done slowly. The multi tool is ok but the cutting heads don't last, having to buy more than I should need to, but it's got me out of a sticky situation a couple of times.

Well I got everything I wanted but I could not use any of the discount codes supplied by the web site as there was no place to put them. Bit of a pain when you offer something and not be able to use it.

I was at home of the time of delivery, no parcel. No photo to show any proof of delivery, not happy!!!

I don't have much to complain about , so far since switching to Octopus, things have been ok. The smart meter installation was a bit of a pain, didn't help the fact the installation engineer dropped the gas meter twice in front of me and laughed. No issues so far

So far it is a learning experience, I am still working through at this early stage but as with all things like this you can loose money as well as make it.
It's early days yet, ask me again in 12 months

Got my next piece of kit , the Multi tool with a 4ah battery as part of the deal, turned up on time and started using it the next day, worked like a dream. I am starting to like Ryobi tools, Slowly going to build up my collection now...

Engineer arrived, and did the job, no fuss, no bother. Got a report for the job the same day. Will use again.

The guy who came in to do the job was very professional, didn't mess about, clearly knew his stuff and how to do it. Made a very beautiful job of the car.

I now have the hedge trimmer of the Max power range, and so far I have been impressed. Ryobi do manufacture a good quality tool.

I have two, of the max power garden tools, strimmer and hedge trimmer, there are two things that let it down, one noise level of the hedge trimmer, you will need to wear hearing protection, I am sure that there is something you can do better there. Two, the charger for the battery, the little plug between the transformer and the battery holder, that little two pin plug is not going to last, again you can do better.

The unit turned up on time and is just what I need, we will see going forward how there customer service works out.

I got what I needed very quickly and without any fuss.

The parts arrived in good order and well packaged.
Slowly putting it together should be fun.

I purchased the junior gum shield for my daughter, set up was easy enough but it would be great if it was possible to reheat the shield and have another attempt at seating it. I have had to take a scalpel to some of the high spots, but now we will need to bed it in. The dental warranty is a nice thing to have.

They sent me what I wanted on time and discreet. It was all in good order, I cant complain and I wont.
