I ordered a pair of shoes 1 Nov. They needed to be sent from a shop so was told would be a bit longer delivery than usual.
Received a evri update the next day "we're expecting your parcel" They were finally delivered 14th November.
In the meantime bombarded with marketing emails " how do you like your shoes"; " check out whats new" "black friday deals " oh by the way the shoes you ordered are now 20% off; email to help desk checking order status unanswered and when the shoes do turn up........cheap and nasty, and already on the way back. Heaven knows how long it will take to get a refund.
You used to be a good brand, what happened.

Dear Juliah,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with your recent order from Jones the Bootmaker. I completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a product and then receive marketing emails that seem insensitive to the delay you experienced.
The delay in dispatch was due to your order needing to be sent from a shop, which understandably took longer than usual. However, the delivery was completed on November 14th. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.
Regarding the marketing emails, I apologise for any inconvenience caused. These emails are part of wider promotions and are automatically sent out to customers, which sometimes results in customers receiving them even in situations like yours. I will make sure to pass your feedback along to the relevant team to see how we might better tailor our communications in the future.
If you have any further questions, concerns, or if there is anything else I can assist you with, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
We are in the midst of selecting timber cladding for a new build and just wanted to say Alecs has been outstanding in helping us come to a final selection.
Thank you

Hi Juliah, thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review. We have passed your comments onto Alecs.
First time in over 40 years of pet ownership that we have either had insurance (that's a whole other story!) Or made a claim.
Took this insurance, having read reviews on a number of providers and talking to our longterm vets, before our new family member came home.
3 years on and expensive knee surgery later, Waggel have done exactly as they said they would. The "chat" process, whilst sometimes a little slow, has been effective and accurate.
Certainly no complaints here.

Hi Juliah,
We appreciate you sharing your experience. It's great to hear that our insurance has met your expectations, especially during your pet's knee surgery. We're happy the chat process was effective for you. Thank you for your feedback!
Order was placed accepted and billed. When a dispatch advice email was received not all items were listed. A call to customer services advised "items were in stock has has been assigned to order". Further email received to advise stock "no longer available".
Result delay to receipt of necessary items as has to be ordered elsewhere and multiple orders/deliveries rather than all from one provider.
