We chose the 25 year expectation range and have not been disappointed with the quality of the product. Easy to clean but follow the Amtico product recommendations for how to do it. So impressed we are considering an Amtico product for another room which is currently carpeted

Great choice of flooring, looks beautiful

Love my Amtico flooring, it is beautiful. I got mine from Iroka Interiors in Hayle, and i am thrilled with it. They did a fabulous job of fitting it, it feels and looks very high quality.

The tiles look great. The Parisian basket weave pattern is admired by everyone. An excellent product I thoroughly recommend.

To be honest the product is quality. But I have to say I had a bad experience on the installation. Eventually it was rectified.

The product I chose (click smart) is v good however I found your website hard to negotiate

To justify the purchase price it needs to stand the test of time
It is shockingly expensive
Also l wasn’t aware when l bought it that it needs expensive maintenance products

Very disappointing experience with Amtico – poor quality control and no meaningful resolution

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Amtico.

The issue with the flooring was initially identified by the professional fitter, who raised concerns about the quality of the product. The defective batch was returned, and I expected a straightforward replacement process.

After two weeks without a confirmed delivery date for the replacement, I had to become directly involved and start chasing the matter myself.

What was particularly frustrating was that I also had to provide guidance regarding the quality checks that should have been carried out on the product. The issue was not something I had created or caused; it was a quality problem with the flooring that should have been identified before the product reached the customer.

The replacement process then involved further delays and repeated chasing. For a premium flooring manufacturer, I expected much better quality control and customer service.

The final outcome has been even more disappointing. I spoke with Amtico today and, despite the inconvenience, delays and considerable time spent resolving an issue that was not caused by me, they have refused to offer any compensation whatsoever.

I purchased Amtico expecting a premium product backed by premium customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has not matched that expectation.

When a professional fitter identifies a quality issue, the customer should not have to explain to the manufacturer what quality checks should have been performed, chase for a replacement delivery date, and then receive no recognition whatsoever for the inconvenience caused.

Premium pricing should come with premium quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Amtico.

This is our second Amtico floor and we are delighted with the superb quality once more. Easy to maintain and if you do just that it continues to look like it did when first installed.

Wilton flooring where we purchased our amtico flooring were very helpful and efficient. It went down very easily and is warm and comfortable under foot.

The floor looks really good and classy. Quality appears good. The 15 year guarantee is very reassuring. The fitters said it was easy to lay.

A good range of designs including more 'natural' colour choices, rather than the more "grey based" offerings of other suppliers.

Samples provided quickly, with recycling opportunity, and more movement to "green" credentials than others.

Topped off by excellent local supplier/installer.

Excellent product installed in a very competent manner.

Impressive quality and beautiful colours to choose from. The floors are also easy to clean.
