This is our second Amtico floor and we are delighted with the superb quality once more. Easy to maintain and if you do just that it continues to look like it did when first installed.

Friendly delivery. A credit to the company. Would have been perfect if delivered within given time frame.

Excellent customer communication which is very welcome as no-one likes to be "guessing" what is going on. We were kept up to date and the Shine technician arranged to visit us earlier than previously agreed. He arrived on time and carried out the repair in a timely manner, was courteous and the result was excellent. If everyone had such good customer service we would benefit enormously. Could not fault all dealings with this company.

As usual accurate delivery details. On time and very pleasant handover of consignment. Love the tracking facility.

Everything ran smoothly from the booking process, the option to extend final payment date to the private transfers to and from the accommodation which were perfect. The Jet2 staff were pleasant and accommodating and informative. This new flight to Jerez was a big plus for us as we had tried hard to reach Cadiz in previous years and it was practically impossible. This gave us the chance to explore this "new" area of Spain which retains some of its own character and not spoiled by mass tourism. Thank you Jet2 for helping us achieve our dream.

We were extremely happy with our accommodation and our experience. Just one little niggle is that we tried to talk to someone at Sykes before we went away and it was impossible. It was a simple query not answered anywhere on the website and it took up loads of my time trying to communicate. In the end I was forced into a WhatsApp chat. No complaints with that. However a simple call would have saved time and improved customer service.

Our problem was solved readily and very efficiently once the plumber arrived. No issues there. We would have liked our experience more had he come as we had booked. Twice our booking was deferred at the very last minute having waited in especially. Then we were the very last in the day. Had we been working this would have been impossible to manage. We are very longstanding satisfied customers and feel a little disappointed with the process.

Excellent product and kept well informed of progress of order throughout which is reassuring. Allowed for own personal touches when creating a photo book. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Clear, detailed product by far better than others in the field. All contents appropriate to the occasion. Delivered as said within a two hour time frame. All in all an excellent experience and not the first from Thorntons! Keep it up.

Gareth who came to do the radiator swap was excellent in every respect. Thorough, he kept us informed, reviewed the job before, ensured the work was fully functional on completion and explained what was happening. He was polite respecting our home with covering and shoe removing! He fully deserves the five stars for the work he carried out. It is often hard to source a reliable trades person who is happy to do a job however small that might be. Thank you.

The product was just what we required, selected via an easy to view website, attractive pricing, no hidden postage costs, delivery very prompt. Packaging of the pen itself more attractive than normal when giving as a gift. Engraving subtle but effective if perhaps a little overpriced!
