Sorted out my issue. Very professional.

You would never know that there'd been a huge scratch on my car! It looks perfect again! Mark was really efficient and did a fabulous job for which I am very thankful.

We were kept informed of arrival time. It was explained clearly to us what would be done. The work was done very efficiently and well. The repairer was very pleasant and polite.

Organised very well. Delivered an excellent serve. I cannot find fault from first contact to completion of the work. Bardley the technician is a skilled and very nice person, a credit to his employer. The job has been done to a very high standard with no mess.

The repair done to my car was first class - the guy came on time and spent time getting it to look perfect - no complaints on that score .
The reason I have given only 3 stars however is due to the 3 months waiting time taken to get an appointment - having initially spent hundreds on an insurance policy it isnt good service to have to wait so long .

Technician was great from initial call to finishing job also couldn’t see where mark had been
