Paint repair to scuff on rear door and rear panel was completed well and on time. Only minor complaint was the door shuts were not cleaned after spraying, with white residue left from the paint preparation.

Paid in advance, they never turned up,rang them they said they would ring me back they did not. I now have to recover over $200 .

The representative arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time and got to work straight away on the bumper scuff. He explained how long the job would take and he just got on with the job. The end result is excellent, with no trace of the scuff being there.
As the person who caused the scuff had driven off without reporting, i was facing a £400 excess if i had gone through insurance, so the £253 that Chipsaway charged was a saving.
