Ok I'll start with the valeter PRASAD when he arrived he seemed quite pleasant so on to my booking it was for a SIGNATURE VALET at a cost of £176 which is their top valet I also included an engine bay clean £20 and also as I am disabled I asked for a tyre pressure top up £6 which, with my £5 off came to £199 .So to save the valeter time I drew out £200 to pay for it. When he'd finished it , just over 2 hours,I went to look at what he'd done, I thought that the inside was very good and was pleased, I then turned to the outside and I repeated to him that I had requested the signature valet with clay bar treatment and machine polishing he said that's what he'd done I mentioned that was quick and that it didn't look much better than before,
I gave him the £200 I had drawn out to pay him, I did question whether the price had changed he said no and gladly took the money he went to his van, I thought, to get me a receipt, but he just drove off. I later looked at my fresh car account and he'd made out a receipt for £100 which raised questions in my head. So all I can understand from this is that I was sent a very dishonest valeter and he hadn't done what was prearranged to my car and had pocketed £100 of my money to make coming out on a Bank Holiday worth it to him. Car looks no different and also smelt of dirty water therefore I will not give a favourable review and want to let everyone know of my own experience with them. I'll never use them again. If this can be disproved then I'll take another look at my review and correct it accordingly.

Brilliant service from start to finish, couldnt fault it really apart from the odd spot but thats understandable.

Our car is 2 years old
Our car is 2 years old. In that time, it was never cleaned inside. There were salt stains from 2 years ago, not just on the carpet, but on the back seat from my granddaughter's boots. Zilal made it look brand new! And it smells so fresh and clean in the car, just like when we bought it. It looks brand new inside! So, so happy!

OUTSTANDING
Excellent customer journey, and fantastic outcome. I received regular updates confirming time and procedure. Joe, who carried out the work, was very professional, had everything with him that was required, including water and power source. The end result was fantastic, interior, carpets, alloy wheels and bodywork, the car looked as though it was brand new and had just left the showroom.
