The customer service for this company is absolutely excellent. I had an issue (partly of my own making). The response was prompt, incredibly helpful and positive. They even followed up to make sure I was okay with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Item was delivered on time. Communication was good. Driver was polite and courteous and offered to lift a heavy parcel indoors for me.

The delivery was made in good time - just not to me. I received an email saying I had signed for my package. Erm no I hadn’t. Tge delivery driver had delivered it, but to my neighbour. Had he not let me know, I would still have been none the wiser. How hard can it be to pre-print cards saying I’ve dropped it with xxx? 🤦‍♀️ Otherwise service was fine.

The product is wonderful. I bought soap when I visited at Christmas and have ordered online twice since. The packaging is also eco-friendly, down to the paper tape used for the external box. Love their products and ethos. I will order again.

Love this company. The soap smells amazing. It is kind to your skin, and as a complete bonus, the packaging is fully recyclable or compostable. I will be back for more.

Website easy to use. Communication was good, but it wasn’t clear that products weren’t in stock and would take a while to arrive. That said, the products are exactly what I wanted and I think I may have had to wait wherever I ordered them from. Otherwise, they kept me in touch with progress.

Great service. Did exactly what they said they would and I was extremely pleased that they took furniture for resale and reuse that would have gone into a skip otherwise. The guys were polite and did a great job.
