Terrible company to deal with
I received a pair of slippers. Package left outside my home and suffered extensive rain damage since I was away for a few days. The invoice blew away and the slippers were stained. I contacted redfoot and received a label to return them via a locker. It’s been over three weeks and the issue has still not been resolved. They do not reply to emails except for an automated reply. The phone number is not known.
After ignoring all my emails and contacting PayPal to start a claim I received a credit the day after I placed this review. Terrible customer service.

Review of NordVPN
Using Nord in USA to view UK TV.
Whenever I travel I use Nord vprn so I can watch my UK tv. I normally visit USA for two months each year and use it then. I previously used another VPRN and had problems connecting and losing connection. This has never happened with Nord. I highly recommend them.

Excellent value for money. Only disappointment is postage £3 for such a tiny box. If there was a little w limit for buying more than one pair with free postage so I’d buy more.

We do have a standard postage charge of £3 per order regardless of the number of items ordered however to be honest most companies who offer 'free postage' do incorporate this into their prices. We try to keep this cost as low as possible for our customers and we do not make any profit on postage it simply covers our charges.
