Very disappointing
Very disappointing. My purchase was stained so I sent it back for a refund which I received. However they do not refund postage paid to return faulty items !

Very poor sizing
Ordering and delivery of a top and dress were good but the sizing of the garments were way, way off. I ordered size 16s, which were labelled as such in the garments. However, the dress bust measured 132cm (52 ins) and top 118cm (46 ins). Needless to say, they have been returned.

High cost to return/sizing varies a lot
Ordered 2 tops, both the same size. One is perfect and the other is far too small. It then cost me nearly £4 to return it. I recently bought 2 tops from a shop that stocks Just Elegance and they were the same size as the ones I ordered and fit nicely, so this was disappointing.
