Good service, arrived quickly. Just be careful of the website as it defaults to AAA size, which in my world is the least popular of the two sizes on offer

Ordered 3 items, two have arrived to date waiting for the third all items Ordered at the same time. Not heard anything about the third as yet

I ordered a dyson vacum on 19th july still waiting for it costing £69 reduced from £189-95 .I seriously think this is a bogus company dont think i will ever get the vacum or my monies back beside emailing them several times and the phone numbers are non existent . Go Groopie no thanks.

Happy received my parcel on time

Ordered a bed, was sent 7 text messages to say bed would be delivered, contacted Gogroopie to cancel and request refund, needed to clarify bed not delivered, suddenly bed delivered and left in road, then was taken, as seen on cctv, did not knock, or even come to door, so as far as concerned not mine, 8 weeks waiting refund, to be offered vouchers still waiting for out come of into bank refund 12 weeks. Gogroopie contacted the bed company and did not get no replies back either,to state if bed delivered think they need to check some of there sellers, BEAWARE. SCAM SELLERS.

Very disappointed as under bed storage items not received as at 6th Sept 2026 which is a delay of more than 14 days !
No contact or explanation - have been forced to contact customer services to advise cancellation of order in view of delays and no explanation .
Previous orders processed without problems !

This machine looks better than it is. It cannot handle anything substantial. The slicer cuts things too thin. It looks much bigger and more robust in its image, but it is not. I was so impressed with it and how it worked that I tossed it in the bin.
