Ordered over the phone member of staff very helpful . Good old fashion customer service.

On entering, i recieved a warm welcome, and the and the staff member was very knowledgable and efficient. 100% good old fashioned customer service.

Just so much hassle to printout invoices , so easy before??
and my printer all of a sudden seems to be printing very slow?

More than satisfied with my experience of ordering my Quooker Hot Tap over the phone . Delivery was a day later than promised due to the cut off time, i have not installed the product yet (8/02/21)
