Impossible to speak with anybody about renewal

% star Plus as the best company I have used so far on my mounjaro journey. I was unable to upload the video and they helped by arranging a pharmasist call - No charge, unlike some others. ALSO!!! The cheapest and no having to scour for codes or pay over the top as you want the next increase (or decrease) in dose. THANK YOU !!! All sorted and dispatched within 24 hours and simply scan box to reorder - Simple, efficient and genuine

Appalling as their information is not up to date and shows I have no mortgage - I do . Waste of time contacting as a 'standard' response

I am usually pleased with lenses from VD but this time every pack has been faulty :-( wasted more lenses than I have used

Simple and effective so would recommend to anybody wanting a fast and hassle free service. Easy to communicate with and prompt.

Appalled at the mattress and would have been better taking a gamble on Amazon.
You can feel the springs through the mattress and shoddy quality -
I took a seconds as wasn't worried about it coming in a box.
I am glad I didn't pay full price for it.
I will leave my old mattress on as it is better than this.
Not sure why so many positive reviews unless they visit the shops.
DO NOT buy blind!!

Check Trust Pilot for ANY surveyor prior to booking.
I chose this company as after reviewing prinsgate discovered they were no longer RICS .
My survey was completed, the surveyor so helpful and everybody I dealt with professional. I was kept up to date through the whole process.
I am no being chased by 'the other' for payment of a survey I did not book.

I have never had an experience with Surveyors and was dreading it as the whole process is stressful. After asking for quotes from companies there was a big difference but I was aware I needed a decent company not the cheapest.
It turned out I got both with Gold Crest!!
So so helpful from the time I made contact.
Each member of the team was patient, curtious prompt, knowledable, efficient and generally a pleasure to deal with
Follow up and ability to speak with the surveyor.
Would use again but am hoping I don't need to.

So easy to deal with. Friendly, efficient FAST and reasonable too. I tried to struggle through applications and dan from my first contact was most helpful broker i made contact with. I am fussy too and cannot fault any of their service. A phone call and the rest was easy. Thank you and won't hesitate to recommend or use again

Dan was amazing from my first contact. Helpful, efficient and painless process.would use again and would (and have!) recommend. I would not struggle with the process myself as it took 2 months just trying to get through with nationwide and already a customer with them !!!!

Would not use again - stick to royal mail!! Slow delivery and when arrived parcel was open....

Always have a response if I have a query so nice to have that human touch.
