Prices are great but my Mounjaro took 43 hours to reach me from time of dispatch. The single ice pack inside the insulated package was cold but completely defrosted. I checked the internal packaging temperature and it was 14C. There should have been 2 ice packs and every other supplier packs everything in a cardboard box. My medication was delivered with a single ice pack in an insulated packet in a plastic postage bag. Whilst it appears to be ok (visually clear), I can't be 100% sure. So, are the savings worth the risk due to poor packaging and long delivery times?

I placed my order on Friday Sep 4th. My dashboard says the mounjaro has been approved and dispatched. However, in the absence of any tracking info I wrote in. I did also try calling, but nobody answers. I got an email back saying it should be on its way. Here we are at 4.45pm on Mon Sep 7th, and I still have no tracking number, no medicine, and they do not answer the phone. Unless there is a dramatic turnaround, this is a nightmare service. I have better things to do than chase an order I have paid for. My order is Order #103707. I think the combination of no tracking info and the phone not being answered 75 hours after I placed the order is a RED FLAG! I am very disappointed. Now I may have to waste time claiming my money back through the bank. This is really poor.

My first pen didn’t arrive, when I called to inform Medicine market place they checked and Royal Mail had lost it. I was issued with a new order and my pen arrived the next day.

I was sent email confirming on Thursday that my GLP injection has been sent. However since Friday tracking number is not moving. GLP injections are supposed to be kept under cold environment and since the injection is in transit, i dont know if i should be using that injection. Its not cheap getting this injection. Wasting £100’s. At least respond to emails and calls.
