Very enjoyable cruise on the MSC Virtuosa. Good itinerary visiting Iceland and Norway. Good food and excellent shows. The ship is immaculately clean.
On the negative side there is a lack of bars and seating for the size of ship which results in having difficulty in finding seats for you to spend the evening.

Parcel delivered at the time advised in email sent to me.

Ordered a box of wine and arrived in two days. Everything ran smoothly and I was very happy with the way it was packaged. Very tasty wine so far of the ones I have drunk.

Very helpful staff. Initially wrong item sent but quickly rectified and correct battery sent following day.

Very helpful sales assistant (Marcus) who spent time discussing all the options together with prices.

This is the second time I have ordered a case of wine and both times the
box of wines have arrived earlier than they mentioned. Helpful staff on the
phone and although I was trying new wines they were all nice and of a good
standard. I will definately be ordering more in the future.

Very helpful and patient staff member who went through all the options available including adding the gadget cover.
