I ordered two large tubes and three small (usual size) tubes arrived. No problem but no explanation. Do larger tubes actually exist?

Good product quick delivery.

Nothing wrong with the hob ring. When it was connected the ring came on even though that knob control was in the off position. It also came on when any other ring was swithed on and the onlyway to turn the new ring off was by switching off at the wall. At the end of the day I should not have done anything, not ordered the part or the labour.

Item arrived damaged (suspect is was damaged in transit). Managed to get a replacement very quickly without having to wait to return the damaged item.

I ordered a top freezer compartment cover Friday afternoon and received it Saturday afternoon. Perfect fit and excellent service and delivery.

This was an unusual experience. Blomberg customer services (CS) reacted to my request quickly, but sent the wrong part. I requested a drawer front for my freezer, and was given the option of the top drawer front or the lower drawer front. I wanted the upper drawer not the lower, I got the lower. In order to rectify this I had to send photos of all the labels on the wrong before they would consider issuing a replacement. cS couldn’t open my jpeg files and I had to send.pdf files instead, then they reimbursed me the cost, and I had to reorder the proper part. Then a conversation ensued which pinpointed exactly what I needed. It came the other day, after I had paid again, unfortunately with no instructions on how to fit the new part. On the whole, not a very efficient company to deal with.

Ordered a spare part for a Hoover washing machine, not only was it the cheapest I could find, it was delivered earlier than I expected, great service, would recommend.
