I contacted the customer service twice, the first time via live chat where I asked for advice on cleaning the leather sandals, in particular to remove sweat stains. It is something with a lighter colour sandal they don't mention. When I followed advice and sent pictures in of the sandals after I tried cleaning with the recommended bicarbonate of soda, I received a one-line reply saying there was nothing they can do. The bicarbonate has made the sandals so much worse as they now have white mark's on also and in my opinion are unwearable. I was pretty disgusted with the response.

It was v easy to get this loan. The process all in all took about 5 minutes. The company were recommended by Sainsburys bank to me but the interest rates are high.
