Delivered well packaged, relatively quickly. I think it just took a bit longer for GP to confirm order.

V poor customer experience it's frustrating when you place an order, pay for it and then two days later receive an email saying you are out of stock

I bought some scented candles from the christmas stock online and went in to the Sittingbourne branch to collect. This is my local store and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I had forgotten mu phone but the associate just took my name and the items were handed to me straight away. There were no queues and I found my way to customer services with no problems to collect.

Really pleased with my experience with learn direct. The ordering process was quick and easy. As soon as I had paid, I received a welcome email with a link to my course. I was able to access the information straightaway. The price was good value with a 40% off. The customer service was good too, as I received a phone call the next day to see if I was happy with the course and had received all the information.

The first item I ordered I couldn't believe the quality of the gold. I had gotten fed up buying items for less money and then when they arrived they all seemed a bit inferior so I decided to spend some more for good quality. I bought another chain I preferred in the end and sent back the first item but even the returns were top quality! I posted it special delivery and refund my refund the next day. Even at the moment when everyone is struggling things are taking at least a week to process. I am so impressed with the service. The item I kept arrived beautifully packaged and with a certificate of authenticity. I will definately use them again.
